It sounds like he is planning to be ready for Moog, though: "The focus from here will be to get Will back to full strength in order for him to safely return to his scheduled performances in late October here in the US. We should have more information soon…"

Just found out I'll be doing 2 tobacco shows in Asheville oct 27-28

So we got to thinking, what's the ultimate way to get in the full spirit of Moogfest, Halloween and celebrate creativity and innovation? Our answer: the first annual Moogfest Pumpkin Carving Contest!
That's right, we want to see your creative carving skills. And your reward if yours is deemed the ultimate pumpkin? Two GA Weekend Passes to the ultimate trip to the 4th dimension that is Moogfest 2011. Already have weekend passes? Great! You can still win another pair and invite your friends (then they'll owe you forever!). Here are all the details...
Grab a pumpkin and carve it with the most creative, moogy, synth-tastic design you can think of (no limitations here, get creative)! You can carve MF Spaceman, a Moog Synth, the Orange Peel or anything that represents Moogfest in your mind. From all entries, the Moogfest Staff will narrow it down to the Top 5 and we will then open up voting to our fans via Facebook.
To enter, you must take TWO photographs of your finished pumpkin: the first photograph will be just the pumpkin itself and the second photograph will be the pumpkin and a piece of paper with your name and date written legibly on it. This is to ensure that no one grabs a random pumpkin image off of the internet and tries to pass it as their own. All entries (two pictures) must be emailed to briddell@acentertainment.com with subject "Pumpkin Carving" and must be received by Noon Est. on Wednesday, 10/12/11. The top 5 will be announced on 10/12/11 at 5PM Est, and voting will then be opened to Facebook "likes". The pumpkin with the most "likes" on Facebook by 11:59PM Est on 10/13/11 will be the winner.

Tuesday is probably more realistic. Monday would be sweet though. I'm switching between this and UT-Georgia. Good game even though the refs don't know about pass interference.
