Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
All they would have to do is extend the OP a little longer .. but then it wouldn't all end at 12:30. So I don't know. Thats what makes the most sense to me.
Gotta do it. Lets us see all of Passion Pit, plus all of Special Disco Version. It hurts, but I know I can see the Umphs any old time. Plus I get to see S9 so all is well.

I love your 15 minute stop at Flying Lotus, Sang. I plan on seeing all of his set, but I cannot honestly say that I won't cut out early to go see TVOTR even though I saw them last month.
Any one planning on hitting up any workshops/panels? I'm doing 1 at least. The Sun Ra and Beyond: Exploring Rare Recordings from Bob’s Archives.
I like the description.
Delve deep into the depths of Bob Moog’s historical archives and explore newly restored vintage recordings from the reel-to-reel tapes in the collection. Thanks to two grants from the Grammy Foundation, the Bob Moog Foundation has spent the past two years lovingly and carefully restoring nearly 100 tapes from the archives, including a tape from jazz fusion legend Sun Ra playing the prototype version Minimoog Model B. You’ll hear some astounding music as well as early recordings of Bob and his colleagues forging their way in educating people about the capabilities of the brand new sonic contraption called a synthesizer. Sit back and open your ears – -these recordings will blow your mind!
Panel: Brian Kehew, Seva Ball When & Where: Sunday, 3:00 PM @ the Moogaplex
And I noticed this .. Richard Devine hosts Animoog:
The secret will be revealed 10/17/2011
Panel: Richard Devine (moderator), Amos Gaynes, Cyril Lance When & Where: Friday, 4:30 PM @ the Moogaplex

I've been busy as shit the past few weeks so I haven't been able to get on here. I suppose updating the first post is rather unnecessary now anyway, since everyone is either in or out by now- but I feel like I should just for completion's sake. Anyway, I'M FUCKING EXCITED!!!!!
But uh... I knew it would happen, but Saturday night is just a clusterfuck. Really badly. Anyway, I'm excited to see you guys there!!
It sucks to miss Tobacco, but I'll see them Thursday and I kinda know Cole (Fine Peduncle) so I feel like I should support him, especially after missing his Roo set. Also sad to miss Beak> and Little Dragon, but whatever.
SATURDAY (gets hairy) Abelton + Moog Record > Eno > Moogerfooger > (getting hammered) > Naked + Famous > YACHT (full show) > Dan Deacon > SBTRKT (full show) > Amon Tobin ISAM (front row, full show!) > FLips/Hecker??? > St. Vincent (full show probably) > Suicide > Battles (full show) > STS9
Wow. Sucks to miss Crystal Castles, Stickmen, and Adrian Belew but I've seen them all (CC 3 times and others at Bijou a few weeks ago. Great show btw). Also sucks to miss part of the FLips but I've seen them 3 times also. Plus I've seen Twin Shadow, so I guess that's cool to miss. Very upset about Moon Duo, though.
SUNDAY Journey to the Center of the Theremin > Beats Antique (full show) > Active Child/Fareed Haque ??? > Childish Gambino (just a little bit, maybe) > M83 (full show) > Toro y Moi > Passion Pit > Emancipator (full show) > Special Disco Version > Neon Indian (if it's not full...)
Sucks to miss Baths and Gold Panda, but whatever. Pissed I'll miss part of Neon Indian, if not all, but I've seen him 3 times so I'll live. Although I've seen SDV before, so I may end up going to Neon Indian.
In the off season it really doesn't matter. Otherwise you have something to say and you sit and wait till someone responds. Once the boards pick up I tend to watch how much I do the double and triple posts.

Wanted to add to the capacity post a few above this one. The capacity of Animoog Playground is approx 6,000. I'm guessing on Asheville Music Hall but I would think it is around 300.

No one going to enter the Pumpkin Carving Contest? I'm very disappointed Inforoo'ers! I was looking forward to seeing some creativity here. We haven't had many entries so the odds are great right now. Deadline is noon today, but I may make an exception if you can convince me....
And we have definitely heard and seen all of your thoughts on the schedule, so please don't think we're ignoring you. However, I'm leaving it up to the powers that be. They know what's best for everyone to have a "quacking" awesome good time!
