What days are people wearing costumes? I'm bringing 2 and was wondering when most people will be breaking theirs out?
I'm bringing a bunch of stuff. My costumes aren't settled yet, but I'm definitely bringing three. Im also going to bring an extra item or two (read: wig, mask, animal ears, etc) in case I want to wear them earlier in the day before getting into full costume.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

I'm probably going to do it up sat and sun, but sat is definitely the best night to be costumed up. Late after the shows ended last year on saturday, the north (downhill) parts of lexington and broadway were so funny/creepy.

I saw Little Dragon tonight to try and free up some conflicts.
Didn't work, I'll be seeing at least part of their set again. Sogood.
*Also, as far as costumes go, yesterday I found my Fever Ray mask I made for her Coachella set. I think I'll be bringing that along in case the mood strikes me. Would be pretty perfect for Flying Lotus at least.

I have some extra costumes if anyone needs them. I have a "sexy" nurses costume, and a traditional old fashioned nurses dress as well. I also have the Leg Avenue Rainbow Brite costume, with the rainbow leg and arm warmers and star wand. I also have a school girl outfit (white shirt, plaid skirt). And I have boas, and some wigs--blonde and red. PM me if anyone needs to borrow any of these items.

You're thinking of Tobacco. That video is seared into my memory forever basically. He (They?) are playing Thursday night for the pre-party and Friday at 9.
P.S. I don't know about Asheville, but Knoxville has a 10-40% chance of rain almost everyday, so I don't worry too much about 30%.
I'm sure Asheville is the same. 30% chance of rain means (to me) that there might be a short shower at some point in the afternoon. Or perhaps I'm still remembering what summer is like in the South. It has been a while since I lived in the mountains.
