Now, I have a recently purchased mac book air. I am still trying to get used to it. When I downloaded the VBR mp3s from archive.org for the MMJ show posted above, I couldn't get it to work. It would play in the finder or whatever in the folder, but when I would drag it into itunes nothing would show up. Same goes for an Explosions in the Sky show I got from archive.org. I even tried getting the flac versions and then converting them to mp3 but it still wouldn't show up in itunes.
Any ideas? I really wanna listen to these shows!
Normally with itunes, just goto File and select import folder. That should work.
I'm hoping to get the following shows in .zip files: Bela Fleck & The Flecktones Grace Potter & The Nocturnals Warren Haynes Ray Lamontagne My Morning Jacket Primus Arcade Fire Alison Krauss & Union Station Mumford & Sons The Black Keys Buffalo Springfield Deervana (Nirvana cover set) Gogol Bordello Mavis Staples Galactic Robert Plant & Band of Joy Explosions in the Sky Widespread Panic
...pretty much every show I was at and a few I missed

Really surprised nobody taped any of the webcasts this year.
Yea me too, usually some are up already.
We were listening to some of the videos posted on the way home, and one of the guys said he read online that they were planning on releasing all the video footage from this year for free. I hope he was right, he also said it had something to do with it being the anniversary. Anyone else hear this?

looking for a primus show most of all, preferably an audience tape - i listened to a song on the webcast soundboard recording and I found it unfulfilling...
for some videos there is a little 'download' button next to them. i am starting to download the first mmj clip right now, but it limits you to one download per 30 minutes. i just emailed the audio perv to see if there is a way to share the other videos that aren't so obviously easy to download.

Amazing find. I know what I'm going to be doing later tonight
These are the shows i taped Thurs - several bands.. Fri: Warren Haynes Band, MMJ, AF, Pretty Lights Sat: Mumford & Sons, Buffalo Springfield, (some of) Eminem, String Cheese Incident Sun: John Bell Solo, Robert Plant, Widespread panic
weren't too many tapers out there this year, but hopefully the shows you guys want got taped. Mine should be posted throughout this week.
Cannot wait to hear the Pretty Lights set. You are the M-A-N! Certified...

Quick Question: Does anyone have Buffalo Springfield in a zip file on mediafire or megaupload or something? That traders den has torrents and I don't really mess with torrents

Who's got a paid membership at megaupload so we can download the big boi set? I got $5 on it if anyone wants to go in on a one month membership with me...send me a pm if so.
I'm crossin' my fingers on these as well. Had to miss Black Joe Lewis due to the heat, but would love to hear it. Deerhunter turned out great! And Junip I'd love to have been recorded! Especially after José González in 2008 where only a few songs surfaced.

Ditto. I don't do anything with torrents, so that doesn't help me. Anything I like that's on regular .zip or similar formats... I'd love to see.
