yep, I could def see this happening. I left their set in 09 after a couple songs due to the crap sound, the heat, the subdued crowd, and just the plain suckiness of the whole thing.
they NEED to redeem themselves with a late night set

Yeasayer 12:45-2:00-->Animal Collective 2:30-4:00
I didn't witness AnCo's Bonnaroo set a couple years ago, but I saw Yeasayer at Lollapalooza last year at 4:00 PM in 95 degree heat and that sucked. Redemption for both.

This is exhibit A on why Animal Collective should have a late-night. I saw Yeasayer in 09 when they played late-night before MGMT and they were amazing.
I know that may not make much sense, but work with me. Animal Collective needs a late-night set.
Their Which day-time set was hands-down the biggest Roo scheduling blunder. This has to happen and soon. An epic rebound.
It absolutely baffled me that they scheduled them in the slot that they did. I was too far back so I couldn't hear anything and it was just so. Freaking. Hot.

I'm pretty sure they asked to be scheduled during the day because somebody in the group had a wedding to attend later that night. (I'm not making this up, I totally remember this discussion back in 2009)

I suppose that's understandable. I know there was a huge conflictaroo with that show as well. Grizzly Bear? I can''t believe I didn't go to that show. It was in a nice shady tent too. *kicks self*

Do ya'll think AC would play the LN Which? I think they're borderline. They keep surprising me with their popularity, I mean, they're playing Verizon Amphitheatre in Atlanta. Same venue that Arcade Fire played.
Also, I want the Yeah Yeah Yeah's to come back too. One of my favorite modern bands.
