After seeing them pull out exactly zero stops for their Bonnaroo headlining set, I'm pretty sure this would be all it would be, anyway.

Yeah, I dunno - I had seen them on the same tour just a couple months before, so I was a little bummed to get more or less the exact same show...and they didn't even have a ton going on, visuals-wise, which was different from when I'd seen them in the past. It all just felt kind of rote (as opposed to the show of theirs I saw in 2019, which blew my mind right out of my ass).
They're a phenomenal band and a great live experience, typically...but I guess I would hope for just a *little* something special in a headlining festival slot. Just a smidge.

who will be the first "EDM" act to play the sphere is the big question.....there's no doubt in my mind that Excision's team is working on it
i'd think one of the big old school vegas DJs. kaskade, tiesto, etc., someone like that.
yea i don't disagree with that either. hopefully whoever it is puts on a great show and uses the sphere well is all i ask lol
also since you're the phish guy i found it entertaining to watch some of their videos on 2X speed cuz i'm not really into them but it sounded kinda cool
noticed that today is my 10 year inforoo anniversary! i've met some truly lovely people here who have genuinely made my life better. grateful for the fun, friendships and both real and fake scoops over the last 10 years. this place is so stupid and so special. thanks, friends. ❤️
Which one of you assholes broke the board for over two hours? I ended up having to watch rom-com with Mrs. GL and realized she was asleep halfway through it.
Inforoo continues to pretty much not work when I try to access it from the Brave browser. If I use the standard iPhone web app, no issues.

I was on Safari but I just keep getting this strange error that I’ve never seen before. I forget the exact wording but it was basically a timed out thing not being able to find the server.

huh, i've been using Krome Plus and it works fine. Krome Plus is the world's least secure browser, it gives every corporation in the world all my most sensitive data and employs a unique artificial intelligence engine to automatically venmo any scammer who asks for money. it's not perfect but it's LIGHTNING fast.

i'm not much of a full show streamer, i've only watched a few clips on instagram and youtube but it looked amazing. i definitely would have shed some happy tears at the dog licking the screen during the YEM vocal jam:
top live music priority of 2025 is seeing phish at the sphere. i'll see Dead & Co there in a couple months though i'm excited about that.

while you're out there for the dead i highly recommend seeing "Postcard From Earth" at the sphere. it's def worth the $75 for a ticket

When we were younger, I had a great friend (RIP) who used to tell me “go shit” every time I had a fart that smelled bad. I couldn’t understand why he would tell me that.
As a grown, mature man, I now know that if my farts have no smell, it’s just normal gas. But if the fart stinks, more than likely I need to go do #2 soon.
It’s not a fool proof science, but it’s accurate most of the time. At a minimum, if it doesn’t stink then you don’t need to use the restroom

This feels scientifically accurate. If the air being pushed out of your butt passes through poopoo on the way out, it’s going to smell like poopoo
