is there a place to go and read the rules? I feel really clueless as to what this game is about. I may try it at some point but not without a better understanding. Otherwise I'd probably get assassinated or whatever pretty quickly.

Reading the rules will give you the basic idea, but the best way to learn is just to jump in and play. If you really want to study up before your first game, though, I think reading through a previous game or two can be helpful.

I was referring to myself. Aspie = someone with Asperger's, which I have mildly. You, I never got that vibe... unless there's something I dunno. (I wonder who got that vibe off me?)
I was kinda in a self-deprecating meltdown mood last night, so apologies. Nothing related to Mafia, just stupid shit bothering me.
Oh, and at work today I thought of some wild things to break out for Mafia 40. If they fit well, and I can remember it... be prepared folks. LD's going completely nuts, in character of course.

I think he meant aspie as in a short name for someone with Aspergers. I was wondering if that was what he was talking about or if he misspelled asspie and was referring to you.

Assuming nobody objects, I suppose I will be the ref. I have alot of things going on at work, as per usual, but I feel that it would be selfish of me to reject these duties, given that I have enjoyed several games.
