CAMP INFOROO VIP 2012 CREW
OK, last year our camp theme was "DiscoROO":
But this year we have so many newlyweds that we're going with the "HoneyROOn" theme

I'm thinking of doing my first Bonnaroo this year instead of Lollapalooza. Is it worth taking the dive and going VIP? I haven't camped for years and am terrified of the long wait to get in and getting stuck in BFE.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
i know its really a gamble where they put you for GA but is there usually a GA inforoo camp? the group i go with is getting smaller every year but i still plan on going and would rather not camp alone and I'm still too broke to afford a VIP ticket

I got a VIP ticket already, finally paid off in full. (Ugh, that was a brutal few months there...)
The logical choice would be to stay at Camp Inforoo VIP rather than Camp LD (the Super 8 in Murfreesboro) since I've already shelled out a shitload of money (P.S.: Someone here owes me a truckload for the other ticket...) on VIP, does LD finally have a camping experience?

Although I'm still holding out for that winning lotto ticket to go TA, im tentatively planning for VIP but because of the cost the lineup has to be worth the extra dough. So right now my RSVP is "will be attending bonnaroo for sure, but whether it be VIP or GA will be lineup dependent"
sorry to say folks, it looks like the smiling D is going RVing this time around. Fuckin-a, I already miss yall just saying that, I will have to sneak into VIP to see yall though
I'm still on the fence about going GA instead of VIP this year... We will see what the new year brings, but if the winds blow me toward VIP, I will MOST DEF be camping with you guys again.
so i saw this listing on charitybuzz....it closes in 10 days. it is a pair of VIP tickets and right now the bid is only 550$. this is obviously way below what they are worth. thought i'd throw that out for any of you who wanted to watch the auction and bid.

I just can't justify the money, so I am going to do day parking and stay at Sherry's house every night - she lives about 25 mins away I hate camping SO much, I really can't bring myself to do it anymore.
Ron (Tremendous Button) and I are bringing board member, Klp01 and his friend, with us to VIP. Kyle is a fellow Portlander, a veteran (GA) Roo-er and our awesome show buddy who we drunkenly talked into a VIP purchase one evening.
We are excited for this new addition and believe that Kyle will bring only good things to the VIP table.
Talking about Roo is killing me and I'm missing you guys like crazy - I need my Roo fam!
Oh, and in anticipation of this year's VIP theme - I'm nominating "2012 the Roopocalypse!!!" I mean, it is 2012...
And we need to start thinking about our UH-mazing VIP brunch. Last year we had tons of interest in doing a VIP'er brunch, let's not let that momentum wane. We have the technology, we can brunch it harder, better, faster, stronger.

I thought we talked about Mardis Gras Roo?
Anyways I'm in, and I think my roommate is too. She's a veteran Rooer but has never tried VIP. I know a whole lot of people from Chicago that will end up going GA, I'm really torn about going with all of them but I dont think I could go back to GA after last year. It seems like no matter what I would end up regretting it all weekend.
