Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Cliff (wellbalancedmusic) has. He said he got to hang out with some of the artists and that they were just milling around the VIP area all the time. Said he hung out with Les Claypool for quite a while one night.
This is my old backyard! Can't wait for AG this year, though I'm really going to miss the view/weather at Marvin's Mtn. I will likely have a large group of family and friends going this year.
Columbus in July will be hot and humid between 8am-8pm likely...
Yeah, so I completely remember my friend telling me that All Good was moved due to the tragic event that took place this past year. I NEVER realized that it was moved to just outside of Columbus, OH!!! This is approx a 2 hour drive for me. I've had the approved time off for Bonnaroo for awhile now. And I just put in my request for time off for All Good and got it approved!!! I'll def be camping with Camp Infogood if its ok with everyone.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
this will be adding a few hours to my trip. still nowhere near the roo dive but after meeting all you amazing infogooders last year i cant imagine missing it...
Hell yeah! I'm already brainstorming how we can make a bigger, better camp! (Possible?)
Super anxious to see the lineup. When do they usually release it?
Last year:

That really is the one thing I'm worried about. I'm thinking we'll probably bring a generator with our high velocity fans. It'll probably be Bonnaroo hot... or worse.
Do they sell daily passes or is it typically just a weekend pass for this?
They sell 4 day passes and 3 day passes. 4 day passes sold out last year. Gates open Thursday morning for 4 day passes, Friday morning for 3 day passes. 4 days is the way to go. In the past it's meant better camping spot, but with the venue change this year it's anyone's guess. Thursday's line-up has gotten a lot better the last couple of years.
I'm pretty sure this is a go, how can I say no to a fest just over 2 hours away. Uncle Tupelo is probably not making the trip down to Bonnaroo this year but he could chug down to AG.
I super miss Columbus. So a fest right there is a given. Every year, I say I'm gonna go to All Good, and I still haven't. this year, I'm determined to make it happen.
Will there be an annex this year? I would be interested in manning the annex.
As long as you promise to come hang out with us!
Maybe I'll just lurk at the annex and wait for y'all to come hang out with me. If your lucky, I may walk through your camp from time to time. If this happens, you best be quick, or you'll miss me!

I'm sure we can drop by Will you at least come to our brunch?

Maybe, If I can be bothered to get up and come, you all may get lucky!!! Maybe I'll just wait for someone to bring the food to me. ;D ;D ;D ;D
I'm there. For real this time. I won't be pregnant and I think our finances are a little better this year.
I will will also be joining the camp. I will either be by myself or with my sister and husband. Depends on whether or not I can pump him up enough for more camping and heat.
It usually takes me a few months to get him back on the Bonnaroo bandwagon. Every year after it's over he spends time trying to talk me out of going the next year.
But I will be there.
Also I just checked my email and in 2008 I bought my ticket for 109. I forgot that I went in 08.

Living in Ohio most of my life I rarely have found the heat as brutal as Bonnaroo's. That said, it should definitely feel like summer.
Edit: I'm waiting to hear back about being a rafting guide for the summer, but not going is starting to sound pretty good, also. I could do a festival a month for the whole season. Coachella, DEMF, Bonnaroo, then All Good; plus all the smaller Ohio fests. Any good August festivals?

If anyone's ever been to Legend Valley, I'm hearing the GA camping may be on the other side of the road. Space wise, that makes sense. They'll probably have to have someone stopping traffic because the road can be kind of busy.

Didn't read though entirely, but has anyone mentioned that Gathering of the Vibes is the same weekend as All Good this year? Anyone think this will hurt the lineups of both, or have any effect?

They are the same weekend - and I think it's still to be determined what impact that will have on both fests. I mapped it out and it looks like they are just short of an 11 hr. drive apart from one another. I'd imagine they will end up sharing some acts.

Either way, my girlfriend and I will more than likely be there. We are putting roo on hold, going for a change of pace. I did All Good in 08 in lieu of roo and while I am going to miss the mountain top , I'm looking forward to the new location. It's further, but I have a friend just south of there which will make life easier for a pit stop.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
What are the chances that MMJ headlines this since they will be at Forecastle the weekend before?
Gosh I hope so. This will make my dilemma a lot easier. I'm so torn between AG and FC. No way to do both and Bonnaroo. Missing AG would be like missing Bonnaroo to me, but FC curated by MMJ?? UGH!
