What are the chances that MMJ headlines this since they will be at Forecastle the weekend before?
I just don't think AllGood is ready for a MMJ headliner unless they make a pretty big paradigm shift with the new location.
I'm going to respectfully disagree. I bet a large percentage of All Good attendees not only know MMJ's music but love their music. I saw MMJ 3 times last year in 3 different cities. If you saw the lot of the Atlanta show, you might not think AG isn't ready for an MMJ headliner...

I've gotta agree. I think MMJ is quickly becoming a logical headliner for AG. After Primus last year, it just makes sense. That said, I don't know if it will happen this year. I guess we'll see shortly...

Just wondering if anyone knows when the lineup actually came out last year and if we can expect it around the same time or slightly delayed due to the changes they are making this year?
That's the plan! I'm definitely pitching the infogood commune.
I'll be able to confirm the number of people in the next few months. I anticipate some will form their own groups and camp by themselves just because of personal insecurities, if ya know what I mean

Yonder Mountain String Band and Gov't Mule were just confirmed for Hookahville, which is held at the same venue Memorial Day weekend. I think that makes them a little less likely for All Good. Having gone to just about every Hookahville since 2003, however, that makes me pretty happy.
I guess it is a month and about three weeks apart. That probably would make a radius clause (the 'ville wouldn't have one, but AG likely would) null and void.

How are the cops and authorities up there these days?

And I'm wondering what impact 20-25K people will have on the traffic since it's right off the highway. Will they do it Bonnaroo style using the shoulders?

The troopers pulled over YMSB at a Hookahville about three years ago. I walked out from the festival grounds to the edge of the road and watched their tour bus get searched. Obviously, they weren't too pissed because they were back last spring and they're coming back this spring as well. Most of the issues pertain to people being pulled over when they exit I-70 onto Ohio 13. Without fail, you see people pulled over during the first few hours of most of the larger fests at LV. That said, they don't do it 24 hours a day during the festivals, and they don't pull over everyone. It's just the unlucky people who don't use turn signals, don't change lanes correctly, etc. With All Good being much larger than Hookahville, my guess is they are going to have to limit that, just do to the sheer back up it would cause on Ohio 13 and the I-70 exit ramp. Ohio 13 is a two lane road, and LV stands right off it, maybe 200 yards or less from I-70. When it gets closer to the fest, I will give people some back-way-in suggestions if anyone wants to avoid a possible back up around the Ohio 13-I-70 interchange. I've lived within a half hour from the site for most of my 40 years, and I've been to at least two dozen shows there, mostly in the last six years.

looks like the future is ... near! just checked my e-mail and saw this ...
Hellllooooo All Gooders!
According to that most estimable animal we have six more weeks of winter headed our way.
But, really, we don't care, we're summer people. It's practically all we think about, warm sun, cooling breeze, amazing experiences and awesome music . Which is why we work non-stop this time of year on the annual gathering of the all good tribe, this year at Legend Valley near Columbus, Ohio July 19-22.
We have been assembling our best performance lineup ever and will begin artist announcements in just a few weeks. So, forget what the groundhog says, we'll be bringing the real news, later this month.
Meanwhile we are going to once again dig into the vaults of old videos and recordings and share them with you on a weekly basis. Each Tuesday we will release a Podcast with music from past All Good sets and on Thursdays we will share a past All Good performance video. 'Like' us on Facebook for exclusive content released weekly.
Check out the podcast and video archives from last year and tune in for new releases every week!
Keep on Keepin On, The All Good Family
What I gather is they have their "best" lineup and to expect news at the end of the month. Sorry bansheebeat.
