1. You are obviously mafia and came up with an easily detectable plot which is showing through more and more as you post.

2. You pulled a move so dumb that even townies find you suspicious as the real inspector. Mafia would be voting with atleast 2/3 of their vote against you and there would be no way you were in a runoff right now. I refuse to believe that 5 townies still support you.
The fact you have made it this far gives alot more plausibility to situation #1.
If you were a townie, you would be making a long thought out post right about now convincing everyone how I am the mafia and that you are most def not who I say you are. Or at least I would, but I AM a townie.
1. YOU would do that because you are obviously an extremely vocal player. I am not one to fly off my handle. I think running around screaming "NTell is mafia! NTell is mafia!" would do more harm than good. It makes you look desperate and suspicious. Which brings me to the second reason why I didn't write some long argument last night, you are practically fighting my fight for me. Running around screaming mafia at me (and RDK) just shows your true colors- it's obviously you trying to through the suspicion off of yourself. You figure that the more fingers you point, the less fingers will point at you. But that obviously backfired. The third reason is that I had already posted my long thought out argument. Would I just quote and repost? That's pointless. Now that being said, there is a whole lot to say this morning.
1. You whack me tonight. But by doing this, you of course confirm to all the remaining townies that I indeed was 100% honest in all of my accusations. This also means that rdk gets voted out next round, well, because lets be honest, he has made it quite obvious his mafia association. I could list all of these but no need, they are in the thread and been seen by everybody. Especially his early defense of bonzai, who by whacking me, you ID as 100% mafia. SO, by whacking me, you are in turn whacking another one of your mafia crew, leaving yourself with a 6-1 disadvantage for the remainder of the game. Could you survive that? Yaaaaa probably not.
No. Hypothetically, if I were mafia, I got voted off and you get whacked tonight, it would only prove one thing. That you were right about me. It would prove nothing about RDK or anyone else that you have pointed fingers at. During day one runoff, it is only possible for an inspector to have information about one person. After that, it is all speculation on the inspector's part. I not mafia, so that is a mute point, but I'd like to point that out.

You almost knocked me over with this. Really?!? I repeat. You are fighting my battle for me and your true colors are shining through. You ADMIT that you're plan is lie about RDK? If you were truly the inspector, you would NOT lie to the other townies like that. If we were in a court room, I feel like I could announce, "Case is closed" and bang the mallet.
Bottom line, this is how I imagine it went down. Mafia decide to piggyback on the Bek's fake mafia post and chose me as a random townie to put at the stake. They decide to use a new player as the "inspector" in hopes that the early announcement can be chalked up to a noobie mistake(s). Meanwhile, they are sitting back and watching other people's reactions, looking for the real inspector to whack in the middle of the night. Now that I am seeing this situation a little more clearly (I admit, in the beggining, I couldn't figure out why NTell was doing what he was doing to me), it does make sense. When is round one EVER this productive? They get most people talking right away, so they have a better chance of whacking the inspector instead of just a regular townie. AND they get a get townie killed. End of day one, they can be down two townies with hopefully one of them being inspector. Between this game and the last, I would have never expected this game to be this twisted!

Had a long post, then internet died, now posting from phone, before I go to bed. I do not see any advantage to Mafia trying this move, fake inspector. What happens if real inspector stands up and calls you out. Now the townies know u r mafia and the one the real inspector got. So they would then know 2 mafia. To me the risk does not equal reward. It is all or nothing, if you do not pull off the fake inspector, then u will lose the game. RDK, u have done some mafia-ish type stuff. I called you out for a "pro-bonnie" post, then you quickly edited it. I put Ntell in the run off and u were quick to join in. You called out Duddits and EAP, as Mafia, how, why? I see you more mafia then Ntell. I think we gain more townies keeping Ntell around another round than we do Bonnie. Hello townies! RDK, if you have no ties, and you have posted you should do this, to bonnie, then why defend her so? If you are townie change your vote. FlanzO and noage do you not think we gain more keeping Ntell around? Maynardave, I think Ntell was just being a pricky to RDK. I do not see that Edited post as a smoking gun. Not like, "go bonnie" would be, but I still Think we gain more keeping him around.

I was 50/50 before Ntell's deleted post. That was sketchy. I'm new and all, but even I thpught Ntell outing himself as inspector was insane. Either he is the inspector an is fine leaving the townies screwed for the remainder of the game, or he's mafia and is just Lying through his teeth. Either way, you're goin to end up eliminating 1 townie an 1 mafia. I'd rather vote out the player who is seemingly reckless. Ntell, for all your talk of 3rd level thinking, it seems pretty amateur to go about being inspector like this.
Then he basically said he had no problem lying about who he outs as an inspector. He's either an untrustworthy inspector, or a mafia, but I dont think it's smart for townspeople to follow the lead of someone who would admittedly lie to his "own team"

If you don't see any advantage, you are incredibly dense or have not read this thread and thought it out. Of course there is risk involved in a move that can win you the game in the first 2 rounds. bonzai (innocent if ntell mafia), whack, me, whack. 4 townspeople gone in first 2 rounds along with multiple angles to confuse the fuck out of people.
I edited it before anyone called it out. Duddits happened to catch it. I won't be explaining why I said go bonnie again.
If I was mafia and bonzai was targeted immediately, I would think it would be best to lay low and distance myself. I would also be voting for her to pull heat off of myself since I have been linked.
I am definitely not changing my vote. Page 7 ruined any opportunity of that. I won't vote in favor of someone so desperate to save theirself that they purposely break the rules. Ntell reeks of mafia and you are starting to as well.

The more you attack me, the more I am beginning to think that you are mafia over Scrog.
That would only bring your suspect list to about 5 or 6, so that's fine. If you came out immediately and said you made a rookie mistake and should have waited, I bet wd already be onto Day 2. But instead that was the last reasoning you gave. I don't know why my questioning a person who has not been straight forward the entire game means I'm mafia. I just haven't heard a convincing argument for either of you not being mafia. I've heard more cpnvincing arguments for you being mafia than bonzai. That's my reasoning.

I have no idea if Ntellier is Mafia or not. I have no idea what to make of all the post edits, since both sides of this fight (RDK, Ntell) have made them. Ntell is just playing incredibly reckless, seems guilty of something - and not just threatening Bonnie Blue Eyes over there, and is pissing me off royally.
With that said, it's time to break out the knife set...

Okay well I may trust you over my drunken memory. Not sure exactly when I edited it out, but it happened once before I was aware that was even a rule. Can't say the same for ntell. He even states that he plans to keep abusing the rule as long as he can.
To answer your question: Since I know I am not mafia, I looked at who targeted my rookie mistake. They also both voted with ntell. Not so sure about EAP now since you and Duddits both used the argument about there being no advantage for the mafia with the fake inspector. I sure as hell see no advantage for the townspeople in outing yourself as the inspector immediately.
Time will tell. I will likely be gone soon but I still want the townspeople to have the best shot at winning. There is no reason to keep ntell as he will only further complicate the game if saved.
(assuming you are a townie) Maynard, in what way has ntell remotely helped the townspeople by outing himself as the most valuable tool we have? Has any other inspector played nearly this reckless? The whole purpose of the position is to go unnoticed for as long as possible to find out as much information as you can. He has more than double the posts of the next most frequent poster (myself) and throws rules out of the window in an effort to keep himself in the game which screams suspicion imo. There has to be votes stacked for him because I don't see more than 2 townies honestly believing that silly of a plot.

There's the possibility that some are voting for him out of annoyance with his playing style so far. Not even that he is mafia. Regardless of your take on things, it seems to me that there are good reasons to vote for bonzai and ntellier. If ntell is the inspector or a townie and bonzai is mafia, i'd hate to vote him out just because he is reckless.

you are really making your case for mafia dude. not that you already hadnt. and i love how you keep referring to "the townspeople" instead of "us" or "us townspeople".
