If the other headliners are Black Keys, Black Sabbath, and either Beck or SHM. I can only hope they don't schedule Sigur Ros, Beck, or Sabbath against one another. I would be so sad if I had to choose between them. I couldn't give any less phucks about Justice or SHM. I am really burnt out on the Black Keys. And being able to see Jack at Hangout would give me more reason to miss him if scheduled against Sabbath, Sigur Ros, or Beck. My luck is that Beck will not be added, but Sabbath will...and I'll end up buying a plane ticket and going only to find out it's Sabbath vs Sigur Ros. Gotdammit, I'd be so pissed.
Extremely Excited about those confirmations. Especially since all i want to do is see M83 and Justice, so hopefully be working out the deets and my friend and i will be attending.
However, i don't think that this can top bonnaroo, again i always come back to the fact that roo has no curfews/the camping experience, just makes it better. But still pretty pumped for this as well

Jack is one of the headliners and there's no way M83 is one. For Coachella, they are 9th on the list for friday and Justice is third behind ATDI for Sunday, so it is doubtful that they are a headliner either.
Smaller acts now play during the headliners. Last year Beirut, Ratatat and Cold War Kids were alternatives to the top 6 from 8-10ish. There's a really good chance M83 will oppose some of the bigger acts.

Bonnaroo is a better experience, but this year, Lolla will have the better lineup.

Also, with 2 main stage EDM headliners (based on Perry's tweet), we'll likely see more mid-sized rock bands on the stage normally reserved for mid-sized electronic headliners.

Its not looking like I am going to make Bonnaroo due to me moving to Chicago in May.... But I will gladly sell my Roo tickets for this, its gonna be awesome to be able to go home after the shows

I love Sigur Ros, but I'm not sure that they're big enough to headline Lollapalooza. I'm thinking subheadline or headlining one of the smaller stages (a la Beirut or Ratatat last year).

They're not headlining Osheaga, so I don't see them headlining Lolla. They are listed 5th on the lineup, behind The Black Keys, Snoop Dogg, Justice and Metric.

God I hope you're right, these would be easy decisions.
He forgot Jack White who's already been officially added. Black Sabbath, The Black Keys, Swedish House Mafia, and Kanye West have not been added offically and I *think* it's gonna come down to: if Black Sabbath backs out, we get The Throne (or just one of them). Or we get both and one of the others like Justice or Sigur Ros isn't a headliner...in that case he could be right, but I suspect that it took more money to get Jack than Sigur Ros or Justice.
How long really till tickets sell out? Obviously there will be a mad rush when the line up officially comes out but i should be good by the end of the week right?

If memory serves, last year 3 day passes didn't sell out until late may early june.

I don't remember when three-day passes sold out last year (I think it was a month before), but single-day passes sold out the week before, with Sunday going last.
