I asked to handbill the McDowell Mountain Music Fest in Phoenix and Cory said yes! I said, "I know AZ is Coachella country, but....." So, those points put me at a free ticket. I'll bank them for next year, or maybe MOEMS.....who's got space at the DTI?

woooooohooooo! Justin and I didn't have time to come up with anything super cool, but we did get our 500 pts, I'm glad one of us got the points.

Really guys? I'm surprised at so many of you afraid to do the dance video. I'm pretty shy, and a terrible dancer, but I figured if I could do a happy dance at brunch last year, I can do a little dancing video for 500 points. It's not like I'm going to win and have to dance in front of real people.

I need some advice from those of you who have handbilled a show/festival before. Besides handing them out to people, do you put them anywhere else? On cars parked around the venue? If you're doing it by yourself what sort of proofs do you send? Like usual, I'm probably making this more complicated than it really is. Just need some advice for my 1st handbill order.

With handbilling they mostly want you to hand them out while the show is being let out, in intermission, or before the show. If you have done all that you can put them on cars but that isn't ideal. To keep people from throwing them on the ground I usually say something about what I'm handing out so people have a chance to refuse it. For example "Bassnectar 2014". Good luck!

Also, so many Cleveland, OH handbilling events, none for columbus
I'm debating doing one of them. But I gotta see if I can get a day off. Are you taking one?
Edit: I'm aware this is super delayed but I just checked the site for all the orders and saw all these. I really wish there was a Columbus one. Can we request they add cities!?

They've done requested cities before. I was actually thinkin' of messagin' them too.

Some of you have reached out saying that the link attached to the Big Ears Regal Entertainment contest was not working. I did some investigating and it seems that Regal has geo-targeted this post to the East TN/Knoxville area. Unfortunately, that means there is no way for those of you outside of the geo-target to complete this order. I apologize, but promise there will be more coming very soon!!!!
