Cory said in his post that the server issue was a coincidence, but I seem to remember the traffic bringing the site to a halt in previous years - just not as bad.

I got 2 poster runs, now i don't have them anymore
me going to bonnaroo is dependent on the 2 runs.
i work on wednesday at 1pm and can't use a computer at that time, or my phone, really. guess ill cross my fingers their still up later
I'm reiterating here, but definitely send a direct message to Cory, the community manager. He pledged to make things right for anyone who got shut out of the Wednesday poster run re-do but had already acquired runs on Saturday. (Cory did say that getting the runs you want again on Wednesday would be best, but I have faith he'll do his best to make things right -- especially if you're totally dependent on completing the two runs to attend!) Hopefully what you need will still be there later in the day tomorrow when you can check the site. Good luck!

Annnd the poster run I had picked up early Sunday is now gone, as are way more than were when I logged in Sunday. I had hoped this was mostly a server issue...but now I'm pretty bummed. Sent a message to Cory and can only hope fer the best.

We thought about picking up a Raleigh route as well this year and it was gone early. I think you may have some new competition up there. Hopefully Cory will help you out.

I sent a message to Cory but haven't heard anythin' back. He posted in the thread that he'd have more an idea of what else to do come Monday, but I'll probably send another message tomorrow.
I haven't heard from him either. I messaged him sometime last week, I think it was *on* Wednesday when I wasn't able to pick up a run. Maybe he's still sorting it out?

I have not received my posters that were supposedly shipped a week ago. Normally, I've received shipments in 3 days. I've contacted them asking if they could track it and let me know what's going on.... Lost? Not really shipped? etc. I haven't heard anything back. Including today, I have a 5 day window to get this route completed. So, if they haven't shipped or whatever I don't want them to re-ship. Does anyone have a direct number that they could PM me? I will only use it if I don't get an email before the 3pmEST.

I saw today that Cory posted in the thread that he'd be gettin' back to everyone that messaged him about this situation. Hopefully he thinks he'll get to everyone by Saturday...not really awesome. Fingers crossed this shitstorm turns out okayish.

Posters finally arrived on Sat and did the route yesterday. Now, I'd like to submit my proof, but there is no "Active Order" listed.....am I the only one?

Mine were shipped USPS, so that's probably the problem. Honestly, knowing they shipped USPS, I'm damn lucky to have gotten them in 8 days. My other two orders, a poster run & handbills, had shipped FedEx. I totally get them trying to save money, but.....

Cory just messaged me back! I had gotten one for Chi on that first Saturday, but was unable to reclaim it Wednesday. He said he'll send me the supplies if I'm still interested. Oh happy day!
Even though I snagged both poster runs within ten minutes of each other, I got package one day and the other two days later. Also, I had to message Cory about the second poster run because it wasn't listed in my active orders.

He'll probably extend the deadline. He offered to let me do a run in a market that they hadn't even thought of (that I suggested since I didn't get one on that fateful Wednesday), and he hasn't even sent the posters to me yet. So I think there is still time.
