Has anyone done a poster run before? I couldn't get one of my pictures to upload (said the file was too big), so I had to screenshot the photo to get it small enough to upload. This should be a problem right? I don't want my order to get declined because of something stupid like that.

I hope it won't be a problem! My girlfriend had to do the same thing this year! I would recommend to keep the original photos. I have submitted some proofs directly through email before, so if they have questions or concerns you'll still be covered. I would recommend contactin' the team leader(s) as well to let them know why you're submittin' screenshots.

I did two in 2015. One was nearly perfect but the other had a few vague descriptions (lost some notes) and some dark pics due to bad lighting and a mediocre camera. They didn't question anything and I doubt you'll have any trouble, as long as you submitted your full list and enough pics. I'd be shocked if they used one low-res screenie as an excuse to deny you. That's not something we see from them.
Does anyone know for the college run if I put say 2 posters up in a big ass gym in different locations it counts as two locations?
I was running out of places to put them and just having one in the gym seemed weird. Also some of the dorms are huge and multiple floors so I put a couple in different areas.
Anyone know anything about this? I sent a message to them but haven't heard back.
I think in years past I have used the same location twice if it was large enough.
They accepted them. Thanks.
Yea just saw this, but for future reference I've put 5 posters up in one area before and gotten it awarded. If the area is large enough and/or relevant (mine was at a large sized covert venue) then it doesn't matter.
Anyone know when these usually ship? This is my first year getting a street team ticket.
I believe this has been answered before, both here and on the Fancorps Street Team forum, but since 'Roo tickets must have been purchased by this past Wednesday, I imagine another week. In the past my street team tickets have arrived the week-and-a-half before 'Roo.
I only received one of tickets, I ordered 2 has this ever happened to anyone else?
My two tickets both arrived today, but in separate envelopes. Maybe one of your tickets got sorted into tomorrow's delivery. Still, I'd reach out to fancorps if I were you.
Oh and did they come with a voucher for the goodies?
UPS and for the first time since I've been doing street team they came with the full swag bag, not just vouchers.
I'm glad I won't have to track down where to redeem my voucher fer swag this year!
And am I the only one who at first thought that the colorin' book was a guidebook? I was like, "Finally they wisened up and included the guidebooks with the tickets/wristbands!"
