RIP Bonnaroo Street Team! You were great and offered a lot of great stuff! Unfortunately LiveNation is the devil and so is the shitty Ambassador program! And I told them all as much in a PM, not that I think it’ll make it’s way to anyone that could make even the smallest difference!
So I bought tickets for the G. Love show at the Tivoli Theater with my points. The show is now cancelled. The street team is closed down. I’m screwed I guess.
Is the Fancorps site inactive? I was trying to check on the High Water tickets that we ordered but I get an error message when I try to log in. And I tried to email them at an email address that no longer exists.

Honest answer, the AC/e support staff can still be reached, if you have a confirmation number you are in the system. You could contact them still.
I'm not sure they can still be reached. The email I tried from the confirmation email bounced back.
I've personally contacted AC/e with a pointed message. is that good? No one is going to get fucked over. Fucking too many people over on this board is tantamount to them giving up on an audience base. Phish comes and goes.

On a day off during the week I will put in the time to see what I dig up/irritate them to make sure they are processed. I also would love a photo pass but I don't know if I could pull that off. And my friends on this board with them, seem very fucking quiet and unhelpful. But I'm not saying a fucking thing but the truth.

i wonder what happened here. i gave mine to rose, online again and aside from an issue with ac not switching the tickets from my name, he got them and went to the festival.

I think will call is at the high school, bro.
Again, pertinent information that you'd think they'd include. Regardless, it says camping passes are to be picked up at the tollbooth so I should be okay.
