I'll be bringing some homemade banana brandy and grape moonshine. I'll pass the jars around in return for beer. Yes, I said "jars". I'll have to sneak them in. Shine just don't taste right if it's not in a Mason jar.

Costco has a 4pk of Stone Brewing 22oz bombers for $15. Arrogant Bastard, Self Righteous Black IPA, Imperial Russian Stout and Stone IPA. Thats a pretty strong deal. Scooped up a couple.
I found a place near me that sells ceramic growlers do you think they would hard time about one. I mean its not glass but it could still break.
idk… id still try to sneak it in. i was able to sneak in a glass growler and a few glass liquor bottles last year, and we were searched by the cops and everything haha
amazon has some pretty cheap stainless growlers too, if your really worried...

Did they can the Abita Strawberry Lager?
I haven't found any... And I LOVE the strawberry. But if I do run across it in cans I'll definitely have it with me... Keep you posted!

Yeah it's great. The reason I asked though is because you can half/half it with Youngs Double Chocolate Stout (in a can) and it tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry.

Which Tallgrass? Halcyon? I'll trade any Great Lakes Brewing Co or Hoppin Frog for some Tallgrass.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Halcyon is my favorite, I know they can the buffalo sweat and the 8-bit ale too. Looking for it all

Are you looking for some Tallgrass, or looking to trade some Tallgrass for another brew? I wasn't sure. Cause if you are looking for some, I am from that area originally and it was our favorite brew for events and such. I can get you pretty much anything you want via having it shipped to me from the guys at Tallgrass, or by family. If you have it on hand, I will trade my Ohio brews for it. I guess either way, I'm down for some. I can bring it, or I can trade you something yummy for it.

I went to kstate for college, I just know it's good and usually readily available. I live (not currently) in Louisiana, so I know and enjoy the local brews there. Don't know much about Florida though (where I currently live). I'm down for trying some good stuff from Ohio!

EMAW, my friend. Social work/Human Development class of... well I won't admit. Gotcha. Well maybe I'll bring ya a little taste of KSU if I can get some shipped in time, as well as some Ohio.

Indeed!! Love meeting distant cats. And if I find something tasty here I'll bring that along too!
I'm coming from Ohio and we have a pretty good selection of quality canned beer. I'm thinking about bringing JackiO's which is excellent craft brew. I do have some Pale Ale home brew....but it is in glass so I guess that is out (not really into sneaking in anything -- but not sure how hard it is either).
I'm a first time Roo attendee who will be traveling alone. Would be more than happy to bring a few GOOD beers by camp inforoo in exchange for quality conversation and chill people to hang out with!

ill be bringing some bottled home-brew too (IPA), just bury it a sleeping bag and you'll most likely be fine.
