Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
General Admission at GoogaMooga is free but attendees must register to obtain a ticket to the event; the festival has the capacity to host tens of thousands of food and music fans per day. Concessions in General Admission will be priced individually. There will also be a limited amount of tickets to a paid-for, all-inclusive experience: "Extra Mooga."
Extra Mooga will include performances by culinary luminary Anthony Bourdain and Parks and Recreation star and comedian Aziz Ansari as well as aDJ Set by James Murphy, (DFA Records / LCD Soundsystem).
how could it be bad? im half tempted on ponying up for the VIP package, but whatever - free is a good price and leaves more room in my budget for partying in Brooklyn after the event.

Not sure if it's going to really be a festival....more like food and drink party with some bands playing. I bet there's a lot of local/small bands. Would be cool for a few big names though.

The music page says national and local artists, so I'm taking that as at least one bigish name. That will probably be my ultimate deciding factor of making the trip down. Definitely sounds like a fun time though!
