Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I didn't think you could top Radiohead, Phish and Bon Iver for me. But they did. Neil, Jack White, Beck, Stevie Wonder, Foo Fighters, Sigur Ros... That possibly tops Coachella and Bonnaroo and easily Lolla.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

We still have Radiohead and Phish. I'd say Outside Lands definitely wins the battle of the 5 and 6 spots with Foo Fighters and Beck over Bon Iver and Avetts.

There is a slight drop off with the undercard, but it's completely understandable with that monstrous top line. I am very jealous of some of their undercards though such as Passion Pit, Dr. Dog, and Portugal. The Man. Would of loved to get at least 1 of those 3 on the farm.

Not fair, indeed!!!!
I have never been so woo'd by a lineup in my life.
Now, mind you, any band I want to see on that lineup I have already seen at roo one year or another......but this is like a compilation of half of my favorite (ever) shows from roo all in one fest.....*sigh* Why west coast? why?!
I'm extremely surprised and pretty happy with this lineup.
Did anyone else think Metallica came out of no where though?
If anyone has questions about the area, let me know! I live a few blocks away
Have questions?? DO I EVER!!
Strongly considering doing this trip solo. Am I safe going for a Priceline hotel close to Golden Gate Park or are there cheaper places to stay within walking distance (I'm talking about within a 45 minute walk) in the area? I imagine the area surrounding the park is pretty nice? Any areas to stay away from?
Makes Boston to San Francisco $400.....Knowing that will drop closer to the fest is now making me consider this.
Thanks for the heads up, Katy! If I were to do a Virgin flight, JFK is more convenient for me (450 right now), but even without the 10%, it seems to be a good bit cheaper than any BDL flight...

Wish Roo had a few of the following: Beck, Justice, Passion Pit(!), Franz Ferdinand, Washed Out, and Of Monsters And Men. But otherwise I'm fine. We has Portugal last year and they haven't released any new music since. And sorry, but the top line doesn't do that much for me. Don't know much of his music, but I would like to see Neil Young. Metallica, ugh.

Looking through this lineup a couple more times it really is ridiculous
NY&CH Stevie Jack White Beck Sigur Ros Big Boi Bloc Party Explosions in the Sky Fitz & the Tantrums Portugal. the Man Dr. Dog The Walkmen Washed Out Alabama Shakes Tame Impala Dirty Dozen Brass Band Thee Oh Sees White Denim
Yes please
Edit-- Wow didnt see Father John Misty on there either. This lineup is stacked. Hell I would probably even see the Foo Fighters if I was there and I would probably enjoy it too
