My brother recently confided in me that he doesn't think Nutella is all that great. Now I know beyond reasonable doubt that one of us is adopted - and to be fair, I bear a lot more family resemblance than he does.

Your brother just knows how to have a good time. A good time that doesn't involve imported bullshit. YEAH WHATS UP BRUH

You're just too young to grasp how stylin' I really was. All the boys wanted to do me when I was 5. Actually the girls did too. My haircut was confusing.

The line in the sand for me is that with all these toppings and extras and such, the waffle becomes a delivery tool for these items and not the glue that keeps it all together. Yes, many of these pics show pancakes the same way but with the pancake you can put the vast majority of these items directly in the batter. Strawberry Cheesecake does not have to top your pancake, it can be hugged and loved and twerked by your pancake and cooked together like a family.
There are very few things that you can do that with a waffle that wont burn in the waffle iron. In the end, you end up covering up your beautiful waffle and then still saying "look how good this waffle is!". How do you think the waffle feels?? "Yes, you look great babe...we are just going to cover you with a bunch of stuff though ok?" Now I feel sorry for the waffle.

No toppings, no freestyle, just basic pancake v. waffle? Waffles. All the way. Filling without weighing me down. Texture is a plus. I love me a blini or crepe, but those are like elite pancakes. So, wafffllllleeees!
I'm not suppose to eat any of the above, unless it's gluten-free. Any others with Celiac Disease take Gluten-Eze, or something similar, and occasionally eat the real deal? No complications? I miss all of the above, although I've had GF french-toast, not too much difference, and the waffles were not homemade, couldn't tell much difference with real syrup or other toppings.
"I love music. For me, music is morning coffee. It's mood medicine. It's pure magic. A good song is just like a good meal. I just want to inhale it and then share a bite with someone else." - Hota Kotb
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.

If you have not seen the Inforoo brunch thread in the last few days... I am now brining pancakes. Will cook them fresh off the griddle Friday morning and walk them over to the brunch. Game on waffles. Game on.
