I agree with that. I think much faster than I speak and I always catch little mistakes after I post. Editing is fine as long as your not changing what the post says. I've done it multiple times both this and last game.
I would be OK with Bonzai and LLL is a run-off, I still want a third. I kind of feel like if WVL is mafia he probably is the stupidest mafia every so I would be OK with leaving him out for this round, but I need to keep him on the radar. I still want one more quite person in. I think there are 2 mafia hiding in the quiet people.
I am going to go ahead and vote now because I am now no longer sure I will be able to get back in time before voting closes (fuck school and work). I don't have any grand theory on this vote, but I think it could be useful later on.

All kidding aside, Viking is playing just like he did the last games he was a Townie, but his hardline approach coming after fellow townies always makes him look like Mafia. Not saying he isn't mafia now, but he does do this.
I honestly don’t really know most of the players styles. I know SFA, LD and Duddits. The rest of you are completely new to me. Granted, I am horrible at analyzing styles and differences, so I don’t know how much of a difference that makes.
I just mentioned your name because LLL's vote for you puts you in the run-off. I'm not particularly suspicious of you but I think you are a good option for the run-off because you have been one of the quieter players whom we haven't heard much from.

I picked you simply because after 4 pages of back and forth, it's a good idea to have both you and Viking in the runoff and I assume most players would agree. I am saying that I am confident that you are mafia and I don't know where my vote will go in the future. Also, at the time, Viking was the ONLY person to have a second vote, and I couldn't let someone get voted off in round one without a second chance. But as of now, he isn't even in the runoff at all?

Bacon and I nulled our votes. He wasn't getting voted off. As far as the vote count I'm a little confused too. EAP is teaching the kiddies right now and I'm to lazy to count.

I think this is a bit of a hyperbole. I did think it was suspicious and I demanded he explained himself before I would change my vote. He did and I understood his explanation therefore I changed my vote.

SFA, to reply to your question of why I feel and/or changed my feelings about a 3 person run-off vs a 2 person run-off boils down to probability really the more I think about it. As a Townie I have no idea who is who, if there are 3 people in a run-off it increases the odds of one or more being Mafia. Obviously this goes both ways and also increases the odds of Townies being in the run-off.
However as a Townie in the first round I have no idea who anyone is other than myself, so I know that's at least one Townie not in this run-off. Also as a Townie I have no idea which Mafia would be "stacking" votes in a 2 person run-off in the first round. Now after the 1st day is over I think its a good idea to start going to 2 person run-offs and looking at voting patterns with a more careful eye in days 1 and 2 and also take into considderation who was whacked in Night 1.
LLL, I agree, I'm troubled by the amount of times the run-off candidates have changed. This means one of three things.
1. We had Mafia in the 1st edition of the run-off and they weaseled their way out of it. 2. We had Townies in the 1st edition of the run-off and they made convincing enough arguments for others to change their votes. 3. We had Townies in the 1st edition, and ever more paranoid Townies flinging poop and throwing other Townies in the run-off all the while the Mafia have not been threatened or close to being in the run-off.
Oh please for love of God don't start poop like this again. If you didn't want to play you shouldn't have signed up. Suck it up and don't ruin the game for the rest of us please
I find it very interesting the way LLL is getting dogged about this. She was clearly referring to her state of mind when the game started. Why is that so hard for you guys to figure out? She never said she was given up on THIS game. She was referring to the disappointment of the original one being stopped and her lack of motivation at the beginning of this one.
She, also, mostly used it to explain her thought process on Mike D's self-vote. You guys are the ones misunderstanding what she was saying and it's pretty freaking fishy that three players have now brought it up that misrepresented her original point.
Even Mike D, who she was defending, brought it up. You don't find anything strange about that Bacon? Or the fact that Viking feels the need to try to discredit you and I? Especially when he is saying things about going off of "facts" when their really aren't any at this point and most of the things he brought up in his last response to me were actually things mafia members in the last two games were were saying. I'm not saying he is guilty but I am saying that it's really suspicious and odd.

You have a tendency to misread people or it's likely I'm hard for you to read. My point about editing post was that I"M THE PLAYER that has probably edited more mafia posts then anyone. And I never do it with any intention other then to clarify my post. I wasn't trying to defend myself, as you see I try not to edit post either. Jesus. I was saying it's a baseless attack on other players that mafia tend to use. And that is a fact in my experience in this game. You could always delete the post and start again if you said something so damaging that an edit within a couple minutes couldn't cure.
Also, I just read Mafia 45 and I said nothing of the sort. You are either being shady or failing at data gathering yet again.
Third, Fake inspector. I find your forgetting about this bizarre, and frankly suspicious given how experienced you are and the fact that last time I brought it up was with YOU in Mafia 46. You can say it is reckless all you want, but in my opinion, that was where she was headed with this, and I refuse to get killed by that bullhonky when I can't defend myself. No, it's not unfortunate. It's pretty simple and you are skirting the issue. Give everyone here a logical reason why you think it is OK to make a post that could later compromise a player that you truly have no clue about. WHAT IF SHE IS THE INSPECTOR? I don't see townies at a disadvantage. We have strength in numbers, and if my rabblerousing helps us peg mafia earlier, we maintain that numerical advantage. Plus it hides the inspector and let's them observe and deduce. But, we need to kill mafia because they will go after us as we get closer.

I'm pretty sure I already responded to it. I still when going back and reading that post would interpret it as her not wanting to play. I think its just a matter of connotation that doesn't go over well in written form. I get what she is saying now but I understand why other people were confused because I was confused.

Honestly, I didn't. I know that probably sounds weird, but I am not very good at this game. I figured Viking was a solid choice for the runoff and that's where your vote stood previously.

Yeah, for sure. And maybe it will work out in our benefit. My first thought was just that it would just give the mafia more of a chance to spread their votes out and hide.
I personally am not good at this game until I can get past the first round and start connecting things. But I can see how this could help us.
Well Congrats Bacon! You got all 4 of the people you wanted in the runoff. I was suspicious of the way you votes for Mike D to start they round and just like with cstnz, I never took my eye off you.
I am finally able to log back on my cell and catch up after a long day with the inlaws. I only have a minute to post after reading but a few quick thoughts.
1 I love the 4 person runoff with a second runoff later on. I think it works to the townies advantage since we get more chances to pressure test the people in the runoff. With 4 people in here, the odds are pretty good we have 1 Mafia. This leads me to point 2.
2 Tossing me back in right before the deadline is the second shady move SFA has pulled today. First he waited until he knew I was leaving to attack me as I outlined earlier. Now, at the buzzer, the Guy who roasted me in Mafia 46 over wanting more than 3 person runoffs tosses me back in at the last minute before people have a chance to take a look and comment and then one of the most experienced players who has been posting all day and right after EAP posted a tally claims he forgot what he was doing?
I have been personally attacked, insulted and lied about all day by people who knew I could not defend myself. I have also been labeled as Mafia solely because certain people said so. These same people said don't listen to me and the data and info I spent a lot of time researching because it does not count regarding them.
I am more than willing to listen to another logic thread, but I think it is pretty clear that I have been targeted early and often this game based on zero reason whatsoever.
Bonnie suffered the same treatment today. She opened her mouth regarding LLL and now she is in the runoff too. I have no idea why LD is in the run off either other than Bacon saying be should be in it.
As I said earlier today, each of you has your own voice. Every person in the runoff is related to the 3 people I had tagged earlier this round. I may be wrong and I may be right. If someone else has a different logic thread I would love to hear it. Those who have played.with me the last 2 games know that I am willing to back off if what you have to say makes sense.
Right now, I believe LLL is the most likely Mafia we have in the game by a long shot. I will try to check in the morning again but I definitely cannot type this much again until Sunday afternoon. If you all feel I need to die, then fine. I am ready since I think it is likely that we have at least 1 if not 2 or 3 Mafia highlighted at this point.
I'll try and be around but if I can't reread the thread and good hunting. I have a pretty good feeling as are about to go 3 for 3!

Viking, I too, am not going to tell you again that I am not Mafia. I am not. Period. And as for the attacks, you started it. I even quoted your post that started it all. And you then charged after me when I voted for you because your post trying to poop on Bacon rubbed me the wrong way. YOU STARTED THE ATTACK. Go back and read your posts, pretend like someone elses name is on top. You should be ashamed of some of the things you write. You play cocky, I'll say it again, and you admit it. You are really cocky in the first round. You know, we all see it. I didn't tell you that you are a Narcissist. I didn't tell you that you are a cocky person. I told you that you are cocky in the first round. Clearly a remark about how you play the game, not who you are as a person. However you said some poopy stuff that had nothing to do with the game, and despite your faux apology I don't forgive you and will not forget. Mainly because you have spoken to me personally, and how you can say poop like that to someone over a game, things that have nothing to do with the game itself, is beyond me. And I will say it again. I still think Bacon should have been in the run-off. There is likely Mafia between Viking and Bacon. Maybe both. And there is a Mafia, maybe two, hanging out in the shadows not saying much.
