Not going but if you are don't miss these guys saw them open for They Might be Giants soo much fun.
Definitely not gonna miss these guys. Been patiently waiting to see them for a few months now, and I'm also hoping to catch them again with TMBG at a free Prospect Park show this August.
Apparently, Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers just gave up a Brooklyn Bowl appearance for a GnR show:
You have to read this to believe this. If anyone has tickets to Brooklyn Bowl this Thursday, June 6th take note! In a weird set of circumstances NB&Gs have graciously let Guns N' Roses, yes Axl and Slash, have our night at Brooklyn Bowl. However we are now opening for The B-52's at The Capitol Theatre in Portchester, NY this Thursday. All ticket holders can either request a refund at point of purchase or trade their ticket at no additional cost for SRO at The Cap. We apologize for any inconveniences and will be back in the NYC Metropolitan area as soon as possible.
I'm assuming this is a warm up to the GB performance.

Not a bad weekend.
Not bad at all. That Clark/Foals through Kanye is a fabulous Sunday afternoon/night.

Yeah, when the schedule came out I was pretty thrilled with that run. The conflict sucks, but I've seen Gary Clark a few times already so I'll probably spend most of that time at Foals and catch the end of GC. Sunday should be the nicest day weather-wise, which isn't saying much.
It's going to be interesting to see how the field areas hold up, the main stage is mostly blacktop, but the other areas don't have anything.

Who's ready for a day full of fantastic music, the New York City skyline, great people, and, as one meteorologist put it, "torrential rain"!? See ya at Randall's Island!

Like I said on FB earlier, I wish I was going. Have a great time! (and you as well, Flanzo!)
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
