That's what I remember, too. I think the lineup announcements usually go up as the last news post of the day.

Postal Service would be a bummer, but Pitchfork usually misses out on the payday-based reunions. Lolla tends to snatch those up (ATDI, DFA1979, others I can't think of). Pavement was a notable exception, but they fit Pitchfork too well.
You're right, I know. It still freaks me out. Did I mention that Rocket From The Crypt announced a US date today? They wouldn't be HL status though, huh.
I think you're right. It always seems to be the last thing they "report" before shutting off the lights for the weekend (sans last year)
In previous years, they usually make pitchfork announcements at around noon or so. And then they keep that up as their major news story for the rest of the weekend. The only way that would change is if their is some huge news story like someone big's passing or a huge comeback story or something. Otherwise, they will keep that up until monday morning.

It came out mid day last year. I was at work in the middle of a client meeting and my phone started going crazy so I remember this vividly . It might not have come from Pitchfork directly (XRT might have leaked it early?) but the lineup was definitely out well before 5pm CST last year.

I wonder if Pitchfork Fest is pissed that Governor's Ball already booked all the same bands haha nnnnnnnderrrrrrppppp!!!!
Just trolling. At least all those bands are awesome. Gonna be a great year for PF, hoping to get out there but I might just settle for Firefly because it's closer.

Someone on the Lolla boards I guess was saying there's going to be a different music festival there this summer, but the timing of it and him specifically saying July...I don't know.
