I haven't thought about what I'm bringing! I probably should get on that. I've already done Cheshire Cat twice this year, so I am not sure I want to do it a third time, though I kinda want to. I can bring my panda gear and we could meet up and get a panda picture, Karen!

Jealous of all of your pjs! I was SUPER close to buying the panda one for Moog last year, but I found it kinda last minute and was worried about whether it would arrive on time and whether it was worth it in general. Now that we are still pandaing and it has expanded, I have been thinking about buying it for MOEMS this year

I'll be camping with my friends at the vendors Black Ink Art, while my other friends from Roo will be doing VIP. One of my neighbors from Roo this year has decided to buy a ticket and my bonnaroo neighbors from 2012 are returning to bisco as well this year. I'm really hype, the lineup is great and I got a solid crew to share it with.
I'll keep an eye out for your guys gear, it all sounds awesome! I will be glowed out with el wires, finger lights and glow sticks and maybe a luchador mask. My friends and I also will be wearing/ passing out colorful mustaches, you know just adding to the weird.

Funny story (at least I find it amusing), my buddy and I got separated from a friend towards the end of the Boys Noize set at Roo. We planned ahead of time to meet up at the left side of the tent once the show ended if we got separated, so once the show ended, our friend posted up at the left edge of the tent and starts asking people "yo have you seen a couple guys wearing glow sticks?" After about 5 minutes of asking people, he finally realized how pointless of a question it was to ask.
People are even more glowed out at bisco, so yea I won't really stand out. That's what the luchador mask and the rainbow assortment of mustaches are for
Is there anyone y'all are excited to see at bisco that you either were unable to see at bonnaroo or saw at bonnaroo and want to see again?
I only caught a bit of Animal Collective at roo so I want to check them out at bisco. I also missed Clockwork at Roo so I'll be seeing that and his RL Grime set too. Both Paper Diamond and Killer Mike were great Thursday sets that I hope to catch again at bisco. Umphrey's McGee last year and Boys Noize this year at roo were fantastic as well so I'm hoping to catch them again at bisco, barring scheduling conflicts.
I'm excited to see them again for sure. Their late night set at last year's bonnaroo was the first time I'd seen them and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm also hoping to catch them on tour with STS9 in August.
So i'm all set, my brother got tickets for us, and we're going. I'm not too crazy about this line up as it isn't the kind of music i listen to but i am down to get weird and enjoy a little untz untz.
I normally don't do this, but my boss has asked me to round up some temp employees for this year's Camp Bisco. I won't be going myself, but I figured I'd ask the fine folks at Inforoo if they'd be interested.
The work is very easy, you will just be directing the traffic of people coming in. Usually, the shifts are 12 hours (sometimes more, but that isn't common) and it can get a little rough standing for that long. The pay is $10 an hour though, so not only will you get a free ticket for Camp Bisco but you'll actually get a paycheck a few weeks later.
You'd have to be there by Wednesday at noon. I know it's a short notice, so message me right away if you'd want to pursue this.
Personally, I've worked Rothbury (before it was changed to EF), Bonnaroo, and All Good with this company. I can vouch that they are a great company to work for. Lastly, you will be using my name as your reference. All I ask in return for this deal is that you remember that, and complete your shifts and complete them in a professional manner. I work with these guys every summer, and I'd like to keep it that way.
I would have thought about helping you guys out, Arua, but my friend flies into Bradley in the evening, so I won't even be there til later...
I CAN'T WAIT! I'm in a group text with my crew and it's a few hundred texts per day. It would be annoying except it keeps me wicked excited!!!
I'm super sad about the Flux overlap with STS9 and Umph... Flux is high on my list because I have never seen him and my friend and I (who will also be there) loooove to get down and dirty to him. Luckily, everyone says it's easy to get around (I am sure you all know that), so hopefully I don't miss too much of the other two. I also can't wait for some more Squarepusher after LOVING his set at Moog last year!

So i am curious as to how the camping situation goes. My brother got us a car camping spot, does this make us more likely to be closer to the venue? Further away? Is it like Bonnaroo where it sort of depends on what time you get there? I believe that i should be arriving around like 430 on thursday, missing cherub and probably rubblebucket but just wanted to know how this works out if anyone can provide input.

I've never been to Camp, but I think it'll be like Roo that it depends on when you get there. It's the first year that camping pass is required (read: everyone has to have the pass or else they have to shuttle in, so it's nothing special your bro did). That being said, it's wayyyy smaller than Roo, and from what people said, no camping spot is that far. I'm not too worried. Boo to your late arrival time, though!

In years past it wasn't nearly as organized. But last year I was only there on Saturday and there was just a see of random tents. SO who knows what they've done in the past couple of years.
I think that's why they added the camping pass this year- an attempt at organization. I guess we'll see. Although, with my friend's late arrival, my vote is disorganization, so I can set up my tent with the rest of my crew!

If I had room, I totally would.. sorry! I have a small 2-door car and will alredy have two people plus all the gear (I'm currently wondering how I'll even fit my friend in there... ).
