I'm going to work out logistics with the mrs. But I am in for this. I live in Canton which will be about a 40 minute drive each day but so worth it. So many bands that I've heard are good, but never seen before.
Reserved a room at the Red Roof Inn across the street. This isn't written in pen, yet. It's just a big start.

Just booked my hotel at Red Roof Inn, too! I'd recommend it to anyone in this thread that is going. $89.99 per night is hard to beat, and the fest is within walking distance.

Well, screw it. I jumped in with both feet and have booked 2 different hotels in walking distance of the park. Neither are the horrible looking, very badly reviewed Red Roof Inn. I'm a budget minded traveler, but I do have to draw the line somewhere.

I've booked the Hyatt Place downtown - so has Druid.
It is around $126 a night (AAA rate) and has a shuttle that will go to central park. It only runs until 10pm though so you have to find your own way back. It's just over a mile away from the venue.

I think Pablo from the ZEW would call Shaky Knees's lineup "strong and deep".

It's definitely not going to sell out. It's never sold out before (even with last year's lineup which was fan-fucking-tastic as well), plus with the single day tickets and what not. I think it'll be pretty easy to get passes for. Also, we got our passes last year on Craig's List the week before the concert for about $50 less than the price of. There will always be people (especially locals) who buy and then realize they have something else to do, and are looking to dump passes.
Also...Am I the only one flipping for Aimee Mann and Ted Leo?

I wonder if they will sell more, less, or about the same tickets with the venue change? I'm not sure how Atlantic Station and the new park compare capacity-wise.
