Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
As it looks we're going to have to choose between Shaky Kneesand Bonnaroo. Almost everything that is on the SK line-up, I've seen multiple times. Bonnaroo, I have not. It's gonna come down to the tax returns and how we do on that.
Fingers crossed. I really love this line-up.
But you need to come see Viet Cong.
Viet Cong is the one band I haven't seen and that's a pretty big draw.
Won an online poker tournament today. Used the winnings to buy my ticket. Woooooooohoooooooooo!
Now I know you didn't get your money off a current online poker site in one day. Which means you bought your ticket, and you're probably going to lose the money at online blackjack. Sucka.

Roughly two years ago there was a few sites offering moneygrams as a method of withdrawal. That was the way to go, once got my money in less than 24 hours.
I will echo sang_xcx in saying that security was generally unobtrusive last year. That being said, it's also a city festival, so keep that in mind if you were bringing anything extra as such things have a much higher risk of ending up with charges rather than just a fine.

I'm just going to throw this out there.
I'm about 90% certain I am going, and there is a decent chance I will be going alone...may have one more with me though. I would love to split a hotel with any of you, and maybe travel together if its feasible. I'm in Radford VA, which is near the Roanoke area. Could meet up anywhere around Roanoke or possibly Winston-Salem/Charlotte area. Never care to throw in gas money. Monie can vouch for me as being a pretty normal dude. Don't know if its a good thing though coming from her...

HEY! Play nice! Actually, making fun of me prob ups your chances of finding someone to go with splitsies with. It's like a bonding activity..
That's what I was banking on...or just agreeing with somebody that Radiohead is awesome when I really don't think much of them. Got me a free beer at the bar once.

You hear that everybody?! This guy doesn't like Radiohead, fuck him!! Do NOT ride with him unless he agrees to listen to. King of Limbs on repeat all the way down, haha

So normally me and my gf go to hangout everywhere cuz it's so close and have a blast but just not too excited about this years so we decided to go with another fest and are really thinking about Shaky Knees with this awesome lineup. Wut's the feel of this fest and people of have been before think of it? Like we did Music Midtown this pas year loved some of the artist but the fest itself not trying to be negative but didn't really care for so just trying to get some feedback for first time thoughts please and thank you.

I know most people just associate these guys with Wagon Wheel, but they're a lot more than that. I have seen them twice and had a blast both times. The lead guy (his name is Critter) brings a lot of energy. The guy with the hat is from Floyd VA, which is less than an hour from me. A lot songs hit close to home...and they played the first Bonnaroo!
They would be higher on my list if there weren't so many bands I like that I haven't seen before playing this festival. Hoping for no conflicts.
Edit: You have to skip the first 28 seconds to get video.
Well I actually counted my monies, and I won't be able to budget both this and Bonnaroo.
Though I may still be tempted to do a day pass for this.
Dangggg, I just had the exact opposite happen, I figured out the money and that I can get the days off to make the trip so I'm in. You should definitely do a day pass
As soon as I saw you quoted me I thought, "he's gonna say 'thank god for that.'"
You can admit you like me, David. I know it's not the cool thing to do, but it's the truth. You shouldn't run from the truth.
And unrelated, I may not get the days off of work for this now. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I have till the end of Febuary till that becomes set in stone tho.
Btw, I'm starting to get pissed about the price of hotels, haha. I forgot how expensive Atlanta is to visit. There's one place kinda close that I dig and I know people like it but I gotta get get people to split it

It's a city fest...20-30k people in a city of 6million. It won't have the same 'feel' as the hangout or a camping fest.
If anyone's interested and on Spotify, I made a playlist (2-4 songs per band). Running through this got me stoked on some bands way down the list that sound really cool. And yeah, this lineup is DEEP.
