I can't read the emails for those, but you should know if you're pre-fest or during fest. Pre-fest has to be there earlier. Artist Hospitality is needed during both, but I'm assuming they say whether it's pre or during. Someone wrote earlier they got it for pre-fest.

I just assumed I would need to be open to work during pre-fest and during fest since the language says "and" and not "or" on the volunteers page. But, as of now, I don't have a clue when I'm working but I'm open to doing both.

maybe that'd be good to email/call and ask them about? see if you could work during both and which 1 you are if they're separate.

I volunteered last year but I was putting in for Pre-Fest this year. Hope all goes well!
Hmm... hopefully it works out ok. There may be a way to log in and go to My Account and then click the Payments tab. Not sure if that'd change the timeout issue. If you have issues, get in touch with them by email or phone

Nah. My name is Beth but that name was understandably taken so I just used something I can remember instead of tacking random numbers on the end of it.

just received my placement! Pre-Fest Logistics and Set-Up! Only my second year volunteering so I'm super happy about getting Pre-Fest. SOOOO pumped I won't miss any shows!

Select the Contact Info tab (it may already be selected)
You'll see PRE-Show C'roo underneath the time zone dropdown box.
Thanks! I'm actually During-Show, I guess. Hmmm... I'm ok with that but would love to know more specific details about what one does during show with artist hospitality. Curiouser and curiouser Getting excited!
I'll update the list tomorrow morning/afternoon. I'm on my tablet in bed now and it's kinda tricky from here.
Almost tempted to say people can quote the last list and add themselves in. Maybe that'd be easier. I could just write out all the possibilities with 1 bullet underneath and then everyone should add to it in Visual mode in case codes confuse people. Put directions what to do at the top, and voila!
Anyone planning on staying the night nearby Monday night the 10th? I'm lookin into hotels. Tryin to stay cheap. I'm finding $41+ rates. Not the Hilton or anything, but it'll do.

This is my first you volunteering, I paid my deposit last night and they emailed me my confirmation this morning. I'm going to be doing pre-fest with visual design and decor. This croo sounds awesome, does anyone have an idea of what we'll would be working on?

Feel Good Foods is still looking for a handful of volunteers to work in Clean Vibes catering. Our application process is separate from C-Roo. Please go to our website www.feelgoodfoodswnc.com from there click on festival services and then click on volunteer programs. We require 22 hours of work in trade for your ticket, meals for the entire event, and beverages. A deposit is also required but can be paid in installments up till May 1st. A couple post show spots are still available and the rest are during the show.
