Alright, here we go. Two shows at the Mann center kicking off tomorrow night. The potential song list is shaping up nicely for some big jams, let's get down to the nitty gritty, let's get this show on the road.
Took off work Weds-Fri. Heading to DC to see Portugal the Man at the Atlantis Friday night followed by MMJ at the Anthem Saturday. Get through another week of work and its off to MSG for the Saturday night closer.

Also I'm bailing on Dicks if anyone wants to buy my 4 day stands. Been out of town too much already this summer and being in the hospital this past week* I just really want to be at home for a while.

Flying up to NY this week to catch the shows on 8/1 and 8/2. Pretty excited. Dragging my non Phish loving friend to the show on Jerry's birthday in hopes of converting him

My wife came through with a great birthday weekend gift--Phish(#25!) Friday, Hamilton matinee Saturday, Airborne Toxic Event at the Bowery Saturday night. The last one is more for her, but I'm all in. We're third row behind the stage on Friday night, and I've actually never been behind the stage. Anyone done that for a Phish show? Thoughts?

It’s a lot of fun back there. Sat in 111 Saturday night. The people watching is my personal favorite part.

Behind the stage at MSG is great. Sound is good and you are so close to the stage you can watch what the band is doing. Especially Fishman, he is great to watch from that angle.
You don't get the full lights experience but you get a unique perspective on the lights, seeing it like the band does. And seeing the faces in the crowd and hearing them cheer at you is really cool.
