I am not surprised at all about the poor tickets sales. I consider myself pretty into music, but I only recognize about 10 names, none of which I would pay to see, let alone $400. And I live in Georgia. This should have been a lot more awesome.

My thoughts exactly. Though I'm sure those in attendance will have a blast.
Just too much money for a lineup that I find to be a bit of a disappointment.
Fo sho those in attendance will have a blast. I do know that when purchasing tix to a music fest, I will be lucky if I know even 25% of a lineup. That said, I'm wondering, for those that are dissing this fest, what artists would have made it that "wow" factor that you had to go?
By all means, I'm not trying to defend this fest because I'm going, but I would like to know what exactly people were expecting from a promoter that is from a different continent. Looking at past lineups, the artists all seem to be about par with what was known to be an ID&T event. Perhaps the lack of Skrillex and Deadmau5 is the reason for so much hate...I couldn't say.
I do know that I will be exploring all the tents/stages, but have found that more than likely I will be spending a good amount of my weekend at the Q-dance stage...shit, watching anything I can find on Q-dance is just superb, compared to most of what tours the US (maybe overstated, as how I only check if they come to my area (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio)).
I'm sure I'll get a bunch of hate/dislike, but many people spend the same amount of money on Coachella, and think nothing of it (without a lineup). Having been to Coachella, I know there is a complete difference in the fests.

I'm a huge Bassnectar fan (haterz gonna hate), and he has a huge following here in Atlanta. I think adding him alone would've gotten a lot more interest from the local 18-25 year old crowd. Just my opinion based on my personal tastes/interests and those of my circle of friends.
That being said, the problem for me is the price more than the lineup. I'm not a hug EDM connoisseur so a festival like Counterpoint made more sense for me. More mainstream headliners (Bassnectar, Skrillex, Avicii, Pretty Lights) paired with half the price tag makes a lot more sense. I also would've like to see some electronic type bands (with guitars and stuff) like Lotus, STS9, Theivery Corp, The Disco Biscuits etc. (see Camp Bisco Lineup).
Like I said though, I'm sure those in attendance will have a blast. The stages will be full-retard-over-the-top good, and I'm sure many of the acts on the lineup that I don't recognize are excellent.

For all you guys saying the lineup isn't good enough, or you don't know enough artists should really check out all these guys:
A-Trak (Sat) Adriatique (Fri) Afrojack (Sat) Art Department (Fri) Benny Benassi (Fri) Bro Safari (Fri) Catz 'N Dogz (Sun) Chuckie (Fri, Sun) Claude VonStroke (Sun) Clockwork (Fri) Dubfire (Sat) Dusky (Sun) Hardwell (Sun) Justin Martin (Sun) Kill Paris (Sun) Kill The Noise (Sun) Laidback Luke (Fri) Nicky Romero (Sun) NiT GriT (Sat) Paper Diamond (Sun) Porter Robinson (Fri) R3hab (Fri) RL Grime (Sat) Sebastian Ingrosso (Fri) Zomboy (Sat)
If you're even remotely a fan of EDM then this festival is a can't miss. I know just seeing Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin, Catz 'N Dogz, and Art Department would be worth the ticket price to me. The closer this gets the more I kick myself for not going.

It's really only a "can't miss" if you're into a very specific type of EDM.
Eh. The bands I listed are a pretty good blend of house, techno, miminmal, electro, and other popular types of EDM. I'd venture to say that if you like electronic music enough to go to an all EDM festival then you'll probably be interested in a couple different types.

Hello TomorrowWorld Fans!
We noticed your thread here and wanted to make you all aware of the opportunities Clean Vibes has for volunteers at the event. We have both During Show and Post Show Clean-up spots available and the deposit is only $375 (which is refundable as long as you complete your shifts) plus a non-refundable admin fee of $15. So that means you could attend TomorrowWorld for just $15 and 20 hours of your time either during the festival or after the festival - your choice!
While the During Show shifts will take place throughout the weekend, we always do our best to accommodate music and shift buddy preferences. If you have a large group, like mentioned above, Post Show would ensure that you all work together as all Post Show Volunteers will be on the same shifts!
Please take a moment to read about the positions and we would be happy to answer any questions sent to info@cleanvibes.com
Im all for these safety measures being taken. Rather then just turn a blind eye they are actually learning from the unfortunate events at EZoo and taking the right measures for the safety of the festival goers. Way to take the step Euro Festival Promotion Company. These kiosk take samples of the drugs you have and make sure there are no even more harmful compounds chopped in. With the information and aid these services provide, saving one young woman to rave another day or one guy who decided to dress up in a full gorilla suit and booze all day is well worth the controversy of having no questions asked overdose pervention at US festivals.

1. I really hate the way they put together 4-5 song pieces of sets in the livestream instead of giving us a few channels. 2. The voice of the guy from Tomorrowland is way better then the guy they have rambling off cue cards for TW. (Maybe it was the accent)

Am I the only one that gets super annoyed when whoever is filming rarely goes to the camera covering the whole stage. 2 seconds on the stage, than cut to people dancing, close shot of artist, people dancing, artist, people dancing, artist, people dancing, artist, people dancing, artist, 2 seconds of the whole stage production. Repeat. DAMNIT I WANT TO SEE THE THE PRODUCTION!
What a magical weekend! With the exception of a few things, the weekend was perfect. The overall production was incredible. Q Dance had to have been my fave stage. Also, I finally met some inforoosters...mayo and dougie, and forgive me, but I don't remember the names/forum names of the others.
Now for the not so good...the long walk from parking and the horrendous wait just to get into dreamville. Due to security being picked up, I gave my corn to someone I travelled with who had a hotel...just to see how things went. Then the person lost their cellphone, so I lost out on that. The prices for everything were outrageous. After many fests, ive come to accept high food/beer prices. However, they were seriously just through the roof. Finally, after armin van burren's (don't know if that's spelled right) set, while everyone was walking out, some strung out kid climbed a metal structure by the VIP sky lounge. He was about 30-40 ft up, and just sitting on the railing. The crowd was yelling to him to get down, and security was putting a ton of inflatable couches around the area in case he fell. It was like a 5-10 min spectacle that many were recording with their phones. Finally, he worked his way down, and tons of security jumped his ass immediately. Afterwards, the crowd was chanting "you fucked up". It was a horrible feeling knowing we could have witnessed his death.
Besides those issues, it really was a great weekend which I would do again!!

Amazing. Did anyone check out the bass stage Saturday? Was there all dat. Zomboy, gramatik, and rusko all killed it. Gramatik blew my mind, my favorite set of the weekend
I'm curious to hear more reviews! My cousin went for a day, and he said it was incredible, but the inflated food/drink prices were a huge downer. (I would assume it's because the vendors had to pay more to set up at TommorrowWorld, and therefore, charged more?)
