An interesting (though improbable) idea is that Slightly Stoopid was booked but dropped out before the lineup dropped. If the background matches the order of the original lineup and not the current one (I haven't checked, can't get to youtube at work) then it would stand to reason that the background was made prior to the lineup release. Now I don't think this is the case, but it's something to keep those pipe dreams going.
I don't think so. It wouldn't be hard at all for their graphics department to modify the lineup and then re-upload the background to YouTube. Unless they're just that lazy.
It might not be laziness, but rather red tape having to work within a corporation (AC). It took at least a week for them to update the Cover on Facebook. The App for iphone still matches the 2012 look. Their creative department could be log jammed making the videos to release the additions or other 360s.
It's lame that something so big can't be uniformly updated. But I totally deal with that sheez at my job, so I sympathize.

I don't care what anyone says, Third Eye Blind quacking kills it live. I've seen them at least 6 times now. Their live shows and positive energy they bring would be perfect for the farm.
You have to be kidding?? Dont forget to add Sugar Ray and the New Radicals to your wish list....
Definitely not kidding. Third Eye Blind is in a different realm than the 90s pop stuff and holds their own with the good shit that came out of the 90s. If you only know Third Eye Blind for their catchy pop hits you're doing it wrong. Hands down still my favorite band of all time.

Sorry if it has already been discussed, but I think O.A.R. will be added. On their website they say they are playing Riverbend in Chattanooga on Saturday but the Riverbend website does not list them. Could they have canceled that fest for Roo?
I'm just gonna throw that Mac Demarco energy out there in hopes for an addition
A venue just announced a show for him on June 17th in Iowa City. I don't think a tour has been announced yet but after some digging it looks like he's going to be in New York on the 13th (Thurs) and Indiana on the 16th (Sun). Still a chance?

OAR will be at Riverbend, playing at 9:30 PM on the 15th, on the Coke Stage. Just had to dig around the page a little... siteline.vendini.com/riverbend-festival/schedule So you can count them out for Roo.
This is too much to handle anymore. I think I'll occupy my time from now on by just listening to that 1 minute long snl daft punk add over and over and over and over.

whew, dodged that bullet. Don't scare me like that...we're already going to have enough pseudo frat boy wookies as it is with Slightly Stoopid playing now.

Yes that still leaves Friday and Saturday, Indiana is relatively close to Tennessee right?

Definitely not kidding. Third Eye Blind is in a different realm than the 90s pop stuff and holds their own with the good shiz that came out of the 90s. If you only know Third Eye Blind for their catchy pop hits you're doing it wrong. Hands down still my favorite band of all time.
To each their own my friend, but I wouldnt get my hopes up. Although, they might have a chance of being added if every other band in the world is busy during the weekend of Roo.

Call me crazy, but i'm actually kinda looking forward to Slightly Stoopid... been listening to them for years now, and heard they are great live. That said, i will be glad when additions are announced and O.A.R. is most definitely not listed. I would be happy to have any of the following: Cake, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Les Claypool (with any group), Kaskade, Tenacious D (not a chance in hell, but I can hope!)
This most likely doesn't mean anything but I thought it was weird. Converse has a Bonnaroo playlist on spotify, and in addition to the already announced artists they have songs by Bat for Lashes, Beach Fossils, Deerhunter, Fionna Apple, Frankie Rose, Lana Del Rey, My Bloody Valentine, Rush, Sufjan Stevens, Yeasayer, and Yuck also listed.
I would die.
jorgerdz your avatar is awesome. Charlie is my favorite Sunny character.
My final plug is for Cake. What a fun band to listen to.
I love Cake!
Cake would be a stellar add to the lineup. I've seen them twice and they both were amazing and such a good time.
Ill take any one of the following and be perfectly content: Mac DeMarco Wavves (New Album and has risen in popularity since 2011) Deerhunter (New Album) Cold War Kids (New Album) Cloud Nothings Bloc Party Beach Fossils Atlas Genius White Rabbits Surfer Blood Beats Antique EL-P (Not that the lineup needs anymore Hip Hop at this point) Foxygen Maps & Atlases The Shouting Matches (New Album released today) Dawes (New Album) Deer Tick Cage The Elephant (Seem to be opening some dates for Muse's tour)
Extremely Wishful Thinking here: Yeah Yeah Yeahs (Would shiz myself! Seems like the big act Roo missed out on this year that every other festival booked ala Jack White last year.) Beck (Willing to Sell my Soul to the Devil for this one) Modest Mouse Cake Social Distortion Dinosaur Jr. Thieviery Corporation MGMT Empire of the Sun Cut Copy
Sorry to go overboard just putting off studying for Finals coming up and been beyond ready for additions. Definitely expected them by this week for sure...
