Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
is there a band called Dear Hunter or is he from Deerhunter?
It's "The Dear Hunter" and they're different bands. I know because my ex slept with someone from The Dear Hunter (long before we dated, which was long before we broke up, so no hard feelings lol). And no I don't know if it's him, but I am curious to find out.
I dont believe anything is final on this website until an annoucements made. A bunch of acts in alphabetical order at the bottom of the lineup and taking a way an earlier addition makes this whole thing strange. I dont get this website at all, someone with any development skills can you tell me why they cant just go down when they update the site instead of gradually updating while online
Because there is no sense in taking down an entire site just to update one page. It's a lot easier to have the working file sync in the background every time it's saved.
I don't think these are the final adds. If Bonnaroo was letting everyone know that additions were this week and asking, "Who do you want to be added?" I'm sure nobody was saying Peanut Butter Lovesicle and Cat Martino
This is what I was thinking as well. I still think we'll get a fun./Santigold sized add.

I'm digging some Peanut Butter Lovesicle on Spotify. Dirty Pride EP is pretty good. It's a little rough around the edges, which I think works well for their sound. I hope they're at a time when I can check them out!
EDIT: Especially their single from the EP, Black Eyed Blues. Check that shiz out!
Also Maps & Atlases has not been getting enough love around here.
I think they're both bigger to you than they are to the mainstream. Both of those acts are still playing small clubs (500 people or less) when they come to Chicago. That's on par with some of the Cafe bands from last year that I can remember (Oberhofer and Chappo off the top of my head).

Casey is the leader and founder of The Dear Hunter. They are amazing live and Casey has a wonderful voice.
A taste of what their live show is like. The guitar solo at 20:43 will make you cream

Really hoping that Hundred Waters gets added in there somewhere, I'll be kinda disappointed if they decided not to book them. Tiny Victories and Maps & Atlases are solid adds though!
Hey, just wanted to loop back and hopefully prove I'm not a troll for the next time my half-baked mind comes up with a tip haha. At least I wasn't completely wrong!!! BONNAROO IS SO CLOSE I CAN TASTE THE DIRT MMMMMMMMMMMM.

I would be completely shocked if mac demarco ends up being a cafe.

What are you talking about? You were wrong. The Everymen announcement had nothing to do with Bonnaroo.

For anyone on the mobile version (which sucks) who can't see the page, here are the adds I can currently see:
CRISTELA ALONZO •ALANNA ROYALE •ALICE & THE GLASS LAKE •ANDREW DUHON •BEAN CAPITAL CITIES •CASEY CRESCENZO (OF THE DEAR HUNTER) •CAT MARTINO CHRIS STAPLETON •CLONEY •DANIEL ROMANO & THE TRILLIUMS HE'S MY BROTHER, SHE'S MY SISTER •HOUNDMOUTH •JAMES MCCARTNEY JILLETTE JOHNSON •JONNY FRITZ •KACEY MUSGRAVES •KYNG •LIL IFFY LITTLE RED LUNG •LUCIUS •LUXURY LINERS •MAC DEMARCO •MAPS & ATLASES MATRIMONY •MILOW •NAIA KETE •NOCONA •ON AN ON •PEANUT BUTTER LOVESICLE RANCH GHOST •RAYLAND BAXTER •ROYAL THUNDER •RYAN MONTBLEAU BAND •SIMO THE MOWGLI'S •THE REVIVALISTS •TINY VICTORIES •VON GREY •WAKE OWL WHITE LUNG •WILLIAM TYLER
Edit: The end of one line bleeds into the next, so some bullets are missing. I'm leaving it that way because Peanut Butter Lovesicle Ranch Ghost is an even better name than either of those bands' names is separately, which is saying a lot.

Please, Please Please --- I'm still holding out for Vampire Weekend. There's a gap in their schedule. They were the band that got me into indie all those years back when I didn't even know what the indie and alternative music scene was.
ß??????? 2012,2013
Firefly 2012
Kentucky Derby Concert Fest 09, 10, 11
