"Be a Bonnaroovian: sit back, relax, and keep an eye on your screen."
Something about this makes it piss me off extra. It's like they're saying, "yeah asshole, we knew the site was gonna crash, so sit the f*ck back and wait for your Tier 4 ticket."

For all of those using Google Chrome, I remember last year they said Chrome wasn't working as well as Firefox last year. I switched to Firefox and got right through (this is when tickets went back on sale a week later, mind you. Not the first day.)
I kept getting booted out over and over again, and then finally I had two computers with 6 windows each, and on a refresh it essentially skipped the waiting room and went right into the ticket page. Tier 2 was still available!
There has got to be a better way for them to do this. It's far from impossible to put together a set of servers that can handle this kinda load. I don't usually complain about stuff like this but after the clusterf*ck of last year you think they'd invest a little bit into making it go smoother.
as much as i hate to say it... Ticketmaster could easily do it.n i've been kicked from the waiting room 3 times now
