The roo app seems to be updated with a complete list now... Not sure if anybody had notices this or not. Ill list them all here when I'm off work, unless someone beats me to it
11/2/19: Tool 5/17/19: Blues Traveler 5/9/19: Tool 11/10/18: Tenacious D 9/20/18: White Denim 7/23/18: Radiohead 6/4/18: Jack White 5/20/18: Tool 5/18/18: A Perfect Circle 5/18/18: Alice in Chains 5/6/18: Blind Melon
If the app hasn't been updated, what leads us to believe that those aren't the vendors from last year?
That was my first thought, I was basing it on the OP saying it had been updated with full list.
I'll admit I was surprised that they not only had all the vendors listed, but also all of their locations.
A few of the same food trucks are listed as last year, so maybe it is old, but layout of the Food Truck Oasis is different than last year (on the app map). It shows Roti Rolls in a different spot in the line of trucks than last year.
The app has this year's lineup on it, so it has been updated somewhat recently.

Absolutely nothing. Other than the fact that all of last years data (except the map) seems to have been removed. And I believe I checked the vendor tab a few weeks ago and nothing was there, but I might be crazy.
Fried indian bread filled with creole mac 'n cheese, pulled pork, and kimchi. Sriracha available. I have never had one, but it is on the list.
I heard about this from about 5 different people this weekend, I didn't get a chance to try it but I think I will plan doing what I have to do to make sure I get one at roo.

We should go together. It will be like this except much less awesome.

This has to be a Hardee's picture right? I've always thought I'd look good in an American flag bikini top.

I fixed it for you. BTW, that clusterf*ck of culinary fusion looks magnificent.

I was one of the 5 - Audra was probably another one.
OOOOMMMMMMFFFFFFFGGGGGGGGG YESSSSSSSSSSSS
This is the most amazing food on the planet, by a huge margin. The mixture of textures and flavors on this are too much to handle, let alone describe.
Audra says "This is who I AM! Korean and redneck!"
Shyt yeah.
If you don't get one, you are going to have to go home and realize that your Bonnaroo was a failure. Sleep with that.

This sounds so boring and I guess that's why there isn't one: I always wanted just a simple baguette for a snack at a fest (and wanted maybe to be a vendor). Nothing fancy, just fresh bread, nice hard crust, super soft center and butter or maybe jam to add. Simple, filling, and yummy. I guess maybe since I was little and grew up some in France, I just remember everyday we walked down and bought a warm loaf of bread. cr****
