People are strange (tnx Jim). Last year people freaked because it sold out so quickly. In the end, you could have bought tics sort of cheap if you waited till the last minute. This year, people say, look at last year, maybe I'll wait. I'm a Libra but not that wishy washy. FBlack, for sure, but corn or lemonade for me... cr****

Someone on Reddit pointed out the FAQ had different wording this year regarding the pre-sale. So maybe more tickets were allocated. But it's weird they didn't give us an "end" time for the presale then. Anyways, here was the redditors observation:
Not to get everyone into a tizzy but check this out from the Coachella FAQ:
"I MISSED THE ADVANCE SALE!!!!!. When do the rest of the passes go on sale?
Anything we have left will go on sale when the line up comes out next year. Check back later. Fingers crossed!"
I think this is a different answer than they've had on the site in years past...which said something about more tickets being released when the lineup is announced. Tickets are still available for both weekends almost two hours in...last year they sold out the pre-sale for weekend 1 in less than an hour. Are they selling everything they can now?

Word is that they put all the passes on sale, and didn't reserve any specifically for spring. If they can sell out the whole allotment now, that's what will happen.
That word is a marketing plly and shouldn't be taken literally
Funny question (that I'm pretty sure I know the answer to): My lovely mother got these for a birthday present and paid with her card. It doesn't matter right? I can just register the wristbands in my name and it's fine?

See ya weekend 1 people! Coachella presale always stresses me out, but seeing as I could still go in and purchase passes at this moment, that stress seemed unnecessary this year. Our whole group was freaken out. But alas, I will see you all in the desert. Cheers. Now give me Underworld, Paul Tollett!

My finger is so on the button to join you for weekend one. It's such a hard decision! I need this money for Roo, and I've been spending so irresponsibly lately. I am so torn on what to do.
