All respect to fat boy slim, but this is a defining moment in deciding who I will continue to respect and appreciate, and those who will be forever wrong.

Man, watching all of these coachella video's has officially gotten me into the right state of mind for festival season.
On another note: I'm a huge fatboy slim fan. And I'm the only one I know that can say that lol. Although so far his set is far more modern than I'm accustomed to hearing from him.
Although Fatboy slim was throwing it down, I feel bad that I must digress..... QOTSA is the only reason I tuned in tonight and they are starting great!!!

The Pixies are one of those bands I would hate missing out on, but this Fatboy Slim set is incredible.
I can appreciate that, but IMO, anyone who has seen QOTSA live before has no other choice at the monent. I'll have to see what all the fuss is about tomorrow on rebroadcast.

The beauty of Coachella.
I wouldn't miss the entire QOTSA set.
In fact, I probably would've been catching 2nd halfs all day today.
Disclosure's set will run into theirs, as will Motorhead's. Duck Sauce, Bicep, and Jhene Aiko will be playing at the same time.
I'm betting that by the end of Motorhead, >90% of the festival will be at AF.
. I dunno dude. Majority of oeople will still flock to the biggest name playing at the time. I bet a lot of people there don't know who duck sauce or disclosure are.

Let's be real here, even they did, who is actually passing up on an Arcade Fire festival set for them?
The Pixies brought it so hard. And Fatboy Slim is awesome too.
QOTSA kind of sucked when I saw them live. But then again I don't like their music at all anyway.
Saw QOTSA once and skipped them 2 times after to get a better spot at another set. They are nothing special IMO. At Made in America last year they had a live feed to their set on the 2nd stage screens before Deadmau5 for everyone waiting (sound bleed requires a end one set, start the other after the last note). At least I could see they were pissed off during the set instead of hearing how "ehh" they were from afar and wondering why it was such a bad performance. Not interested in seeing them again.

Anyways. How bout that Fatboy Slim???
Yeah that was my thought too. Like I said, I'm no fan of their music, but my roommate had an extra ticket so I thought I'd give it a shot and I went in with an open mind. It was just very very very generic. Definitely don't get the hype behind them.
And yes FBS is crushing. Waiting for him to get away from the electro and into some classics though.
