Sorry buddy, I'm sure once we meet in person, I'll have a much less sinister picture of you, but I find a dark side to everything you say so easly. Posting alot, and long thought out posts was your style last game, and yes, not usually something done by mafia, but you'd kinda have to keep it up if you were mafia to save face. I would have voted Tejas earlier, and I said this before the runoff. I stayed on LD to get a runoff.

Boneroo >>>LD>>> Tejas.
I'm not the type to stay on my VP the entire day.
Boneroo your putting me in a lose lose situation. If I post a lot I'm trying to save face. If I don't post then I'm not playing how I usually am and that can be construed as mafia. Seriously, how else do you want me to play
Also, I think you already have this idea in your head that I'm manipulative. So everything I say your twisting it to fit your current stance on me. Please try to look at me and my playing style through an objective lens.
You're just too young to grasp how stylin' I really was. All the boys wanted to do me when I was 5. Actually the girls did too. My haircut was confusing.
I've put a halo in place of your devil horns and tried recreating your possible view points. It just feels a little different this game. It's unfortunate the 1st round was so silent in regards to a few players. Every post in this game is manipulative. For what it's worth, you.not my prime target at the moment
Just as a word of caution to several of the newer players. Editing or Deleting posts is frowned upon and may be viewed as suspicious behavior in this game. There is no rule prohibiting it, but just note that people in the past have gotten killed for less. If you have to edit, please do it as linana did and explain the edit. Carry on.
not changing my vote from LD at this point, but just wondering about the last couple of posts with unexplained edits Tejas? I get that the first one was long, just curious. I know the point about edits being suspicious didn't really occur to me until Viking brought it up but since then I haven't edited any posts. and if I did I would include a note to explain. I was reading back through the past couple of pages before bed to see if I missed anything that might point at either you or LD as being more likely to be mafia, and the edits jumped out.
also, boneroo obviously you aren't willing to share yet but now I am curious who you suspect. guess I will read back through again tomorrow to see if there's another way to look at things.
That's none of your business!!!!!!! It's too early in the game to say I won't be persuaided one way or the other about ANYBODY. The whack will paint a better picture, or send us on a wild goose chase.
I don't feel the need to cloud this runoff with day two business. There's still alot that can happen the away me one way or the other.

fair enough but that dot looks angry. my brain hurts so I am headed to bed.

Lol, soo angry!
ok maybe it was the late hour... I think that dot is like a Rorschach ink blot or something. at various times I have found it to look happy, excited, and mad. carry on.

Something about this just doesn't feel right with me. I'm not really sure what Tejas is doing differently from last game besides the Boneroo vote stack "slip up". At this point I'm not willing to kill Tejas just over that. Plus LD has added almost nothing of value this game, which will make it hard to tell if he's mafia or not later on. Really this decision is based on who I think is more useful to have going forward, so
Jimmy >> LD
Ah yeah, you came for me bro. Just like I said you was gonna.
So yeah, this message is to all the people who just can't handle my style. Amy, Lianna, Jimmy, April.
There's a little something you need to know about me. When it comes game time in Mafia, anything I say or do - is probably insane. Like way more insane than you'd ever see me do in real life. But there's a reason to my madness. You know, you can kill me now. That's fine, that's perfectly fine. Mafia 62? Yeah, whatever. LD went batsh*t crazy, got lynched first round, and the townies lost because of it. How could LD make it so gotdamn easy for the Mafia to win? It's like how did you four make it so easy for the Mafia to win?
You see, the four of you - you need to be prepared. Be prepared for anything. Anything... But none of you can lose your cool this quickly. You can't just sit back and be like "what the f*ck is LD doing?" and just go for the quick kill on me. Because that just means you lose. You're acting all irrationally, just jump at the first weird thing and run with it. You need to pay attention to details, and not just theatrics on face value.
Are any of you poker players? Cause I am. I have played poker anyway. And there are some people who love to throw bluffs, who love to throw out the wrong body language. People with absolute dogsh*t for hands trying to take your money. But you can't just sit there and let them, you need to read through their bullshit. And you know why they act all crazy all the time and throw tons of bluffs? Cause when they get the good hand, nobody is going to believe them and start chasing after them. And then the bluffer with all his swagger throws out pocket aces, f*cks you over, and goes home with all your paycheck.
You see, I am the bluffer in this Mafia game. Win or lose, townie or Mafia, you still can't f*ckin read me. And I don't want you to. I won't play two games the same, unless it's intentional. Everything is calculated, I don't get swept up in drama and don't get swept up behind false flags. You see what I pulled in 61? F*ckin beauty. I mean beeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful. Tejas earlier said I fake fought with LLL. LLL had no idea what I was doing, we never planned that out. I unilaterally threw both Jimmy and LLL under the bus to save myself. I had a plan from the start of Day 3 on how to finish that game, and everything went as planned. I've said many a time, I'm willing to sacrifice teammates to save myself. Or am willing to kill myself just to prove points to people.
You four can kill me right now and I have no problem with it. Because I need games like this, where I can f*ck off and let everyone be like "LD is Mafia" or "LD is useless, so we should just kill him first". I need games like this, so I can keep you people on your toes about me. It's like a reset button, where you'll never know what LD you're going to get.
Mafia is kind of a lot like poker. There's a saying in poker: in order to live, you must be willing to die.
In order to play Mafia, you got to be willing to throw yourself out there - do whatever it takes to get a win. A few of us know this, looks like only myself and perhaps Tejas in this game. The rest of you, you have much to learn. So with that said my fellow townies, good luck and salaam.
I appreciate your point LD, and I can understand the need to change up your playing style from one game to another, I think it just makes it hard to get a read on you. which is obviously your intent, but when you come across that way I think it would be hard to avoid being voted out.
I would like to hear what some of the other more experienced players think at this point, or is the fact that no one else changed their vote enough indication?
I know it seem hard sometimes, but uhh, Remember one thing - Through every dark night, there's a bright day after that So no matter how hard it get, stick your chest out Keep your head up, and handle it
- Tupac Shakur
If you're a townie, you need to work through this. Can't quit on us now. I will help you through this.
I really don't feel I have much to add. This is my first time playing with 5 of yall I think so I do feel a little lost at the moment. The biggest thing I am looking at right now, which has been brought up by some folks, is having a 2 person runoff instead of three. I know there is no real standard, but it threw me for a loop to only see Tejas and LD. It has been brought up in numerous other games how often LD is in early runoffs and seems to be one of the easy targets this early in the game. Several of the posts I have read point to that again. In his defense, LD can actually be one hell of a townie deeper into the game. Yes, he can often play a little wild and crazy, but I have seen him nail down 2-3 mafia with confidence deeper into the game. The downside is that folks tend to disregard him later for his wildness earlier on. I do understand the angle of wanting him out earlier.
From my perspective Tejas backing out on his first vote stack is a huge red flag, hence my last vote and post. I am very pleased to see this much discussion and know that there is a very good possibility that we have 2 townies, didn't see too much scrambling going on to get either a third or swap out a member of the runoff. Looking at the two in question, I believe that Tajas has a much higher chance of being mafia than LD. Jimmyroo made a comment about Tajas being a lightning rod for activity and I do agree that what we have seen so far will help us out greatly down the road no matter which one is killed off, if he is mafia or a townie. If nothing else, I feel this will be one of the most helpful first rounds I have seen.
thanks for the input jimmy and Mike D. sorry LD, if you are a townie. maybe I wouldn't have made the same choice if I were more familiar with the way everyone plays, but I'm not certain enough of anyone at this point.
Night falls swiftly in the jungle, claiming the light until all that remains is inky darkness. As the darkness gathers, the once bright light of Lowerdeck is claimed by the distrust of his fellow travelers. LIAR, MURDERER, VILLIAN! Epitaphs are hurled at him from people who, prior to this journey, always sought to "do no harm". Yet harm they have done. The travelers have condemned Lowerdeck to die and have accepted Tejas back into the fold. They have decided to send Lowerdeck out in the small launch used for jungle expeditions to test his luck in a swim against nature.
Tejas takes Lowerdeck out in the launch to take is little swim. The weak, soft New Englander did not last long...
As Tejas and the launch are brought aboard, the darkness becomes complete. The 10 remaining Bonnaroovians can't help but feel that part of themselves has slipped into darkness as well. Does the end truly justify the means? Is the greater good worth the possibility that you killed an innocent life? Each of the travelers will be forced to wrestle with these questions in the suffocating darkness...
The light of dawn bring the hope of a new day and safer journey. As the travelers shake off the threads their growing insanity was spinning, they decide to journey ashore to explore an old base camp and get some pictures for their presentation.
Mike D traveled ashore with two others, but as they were exploring, he found out the hard way that he was not the first to come ashore. The Mafia had been there first and had left him a slithery surprise...
The rest of the travelers ran back to the boat, their courage shattered. The hope that some had felt that morning washed away in the red tide of Mike D's blood. It was decided that they would immediately turn around and head home, but to their dismay, the engine would not start. The gas lines had been cut by the mafia...
With nothing left to do but go on with the current, the travelers each went to their own corner of paranoia on the boat to wrestle with Mike D's gruesome death.
I gotta say this game looks to be quite a change from the norm, in a good way
That said, were not getting anywhere at all with all the single votes. Tejas stacked on Bone, then o'neil stacks on Tejas, for good reasoning, albeit an easy one too. Then Tejas chickens out after realizing the stack, then more or less asks o'neil to change as well and were all back to single votes. To me, this looks like Tejas is trying to steer clear, why would someone want to make it look like they are steering clear of any stacks?
Mike D >> Tejas
If nothing else, this gives someone a reason to stack a vote on me if you want. If not, yall at least gotta take a stab in the dark, pick a name, then see who reacts, defends, whatever. Let's get this friggin party started!!!
Well than if he didn't call you mafia at least once last game, you made it one game farther than most folks do Basically I wouldn't take it too seriously unless you have a reason to be nervous about being called mafia.

Mike D had to have been getting close to something, or at least hitting near the mark to get a target put on his back night one with so few posts. From what I gathered he is a pretty perceptive person and would have possibly gotten a trail today on at least one mafia member. Out of these posts, Mike mentions Tejas, LD, jimmy, and o'neil..With LD gone, which I think it's a good possibility he was town, the probability goes up that one of the remaining mentions are mafia.
