Yaaayyy Hangout Music Fest! I'm meeting up with some friends down there, but Looking for some cool peeps to cruise down to Alabama (and back) with. Starting from Columbus, OH -> Cincinatti -> Louisville -> Bowling Green, KY -> Nashville -> Birmingham -> Montgomery -> Gulf Shores!
I'm willing to drive the whole way. Hoping to leave around noon on Thursday, so we should get there around midnight Thursday night/Friday morning. 26, male, young professional. Safe driver, no accidents. No smoking in the car. There will most likely be some sweet road trip tunes playing for the entirety of the trip. Just ask that you split gas with me. I accept tips in the form of alcohol. For once we arrive of course!

the year I used the shuttles (2012) on the east line they checked the bands, just a flash of the band and you were able to get on. Keep an eye on CL for passes, but I never saw people selling shuttle passes separately. Sounds like they may need to bring a couple bikes and hoof it. There were a few taxi cabs running back and forth for pretty cheap in 2012
I think I still have my east band somewhere. Its blue if they use that color again

thanks for the info. i'll keep my eyes peeled and i'm sure we will come up with something.
Taxis were responsive and quick last year. We stayed past you in Orange Beach and it was 12-15 for a taxi. A little more than a shuttle pass but not much from where you are at probably. The east shuttle at the Publix last year was checking bands pretty strictly. I was stopped a couple times even with my band because they didn't see it.
Well after another bigger fest released another sub par lineup, I feel the need re-iterate: I cannot wait for Hangout this year. They really did a good job this year given their smaller scale. PJ saved ACL for me otherwise that would have been just as bad as Lolla for the most part.
i with ya. i posed in the ACL thread earlier that it wasnt enoguh to convince me to go and im likely going to Fun Fun Fun instead the following month. I really think Hangout is a top 5 lineup this year and i hope some of these acts can pull out some big surprises to get people talking
The Hangout's lineup holds up every year with less than 1/2 the crowd of the 'majors' and Condo @ beach > hotel in city > tent in field (understatement).

I got early birds and just got mine yesterday. All my other friends had theirs before me as well. I wouldn't worry. Honestly, at the end of the day if god forbid they got lost in the mail, you have to be able to work something out with eventbrite and hangout to be able to pick them up there the day of you know. They're not gonna just take your money and not give you a bracelet. At least that's what I kept telling myself.

Myintrotoletuknow reminds of freshman year in high school riding in my brothers car doing things that a freshman in high school shouldn't. Awww, the good ole days!

Not that it matters for us going, but whats the webcast situation this year? I loved coming home and watchin vids from the weekend on mtv.com and youtube, plus catching the palladia recap. Havent heard any mention of it, but I love that they do it.
Between fake USPS spam emails and hangout sending an email that says "your tickets have shipped" but doesn't have a tracking number, I'm totally confused. And wristbandless.
