Im a chill guy who used to live in TN and have been to 3 Bonnaroos I now live in the VA Beach area and I have one possibly two seats I'm leaving Wednesday evening and Heading back Monday or Tuesday for work on Wednesday. If one of you DC people can make it here I'll get you back here at the latest Tuesday Evening. I am also looking to convoy If anyone is leaving about that time.
I'm driving alone from Fairfax County... would love to caravan with some peeps. I'm thinking about leaving Wednesday afternoon or so. Hit me up here or zdelesde at gmail dot com.
Hey, I have a really good female friend in Baltimore who is looking for a ride to and from 'Roo, arriving on Thurs. and preferably returning Monday. If anyone in that general area has a single spot open and wants someone to split gas with a really cool chic, drop me a PM or an email at CarpeDM01@gmail.com so I can get you in touch with her. Cheers!
"We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and his Uptown Five. "
Hey, Zac its Jason, Taylor's friend from Whole Foods. I still really need a ride call me asap I'm off today. I have a couple chairs a cooler a cooking stove etc. No tent though. I'm willing to give you gas $ and make you some food down there also!!
Rolling solo from Roanoke, VA....gotta a question. The directions on the 'Roo site take me through Chattanooga (an 8 hour ride) but the directions on Mapquest take me around Chattanooga (6 hours), can anyone tell me why I wouldn't want to take the shorter route or any other shortcuts/advice for the ride in?
okay guys, so we will be renting a car to head down to bonnaroo. we will have 2 spots open in the car. we will be leaving from dc on wednesday night and returning monday. it would be great if you could cover gas since we will be paying for the rental.
drop me an e-mail at flowylime at gmail if you're interested.

Depends on if you like back roads or not. I prefer the Intersate at night, but thats just me.
5 year vet here with an empty minivan. Need someone to share gas & driving. Leaving Wednesday night (three years in a row parked in front of arch!) returning Monday.
If I can't find someone to ride with me I would like to catch a ride with somebody else. In Charlottesville VA but will meet up on 81. Packing light and will pay my share on gas. Will be doing my own thing once there and will need a ride back Monday.
I'm leaving late Wednesday night from Baltimore County, MD and I have one spot available in my car. Let me know if you need a ride. All I ask is that you help pay for some of the gas. Message me on facebook if your interested. www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=1495549774
Ok, kids. I was originally planning on flying home with the Fuse contest, but they want us to leave 10am, so I'm sayin SCREW THAT! lol...
Is there anyone drivin up to/through nova alone/with a lot of extra room (I live near Tysons), leaving Monday, that wanted a companion and I could maybe pay for a tank of gas? If you guys can offer me a ride (and maybe even a spot to camp out Sun night and possibly even Sat night (to be nice to the winners that are leavin Sun morning cause theyre probably gonna be pissed even though I kinda warned them i'm thinkin about this), then I'd be reeeally grateful. I have some friends that are campin out that i could stay with but i think 1 group is leavin right after DMB sun night and the other will be in Tent Only i think since theyre takin Greyhound, which if they have enough room i may be able to stay with.
EDIT: Also, I can leave Sun night after DMB too, and help with driving some so long as I'm awake, of course. If Sun night ride works for anyone, feel free to let me know of that too.
Send me a PM, and if I find another ride, I'll let my other ride option know and I'll update in here.

Thanks Ellie! If anybody from the Southern Md or DC/NoVA or Baltimore area is going down, and has extra room, I will help with gas/beer whatever you need. I also have an ez up that I can share. None of my friends are really into the festival scene, and I lost my buddy who I went with last year. Dont let the beard fool you, Im an excellent traveling companion. I could also probably catch a lift to further points, so let me know! Thanks.
Anyone in our area volunteering? I'm thinking about it since Roo can get so expensive and many of the jobs arent that hard or dont need you the entire shift (I read people even nap cause it can get so slow)

We're not volunteering but I'm driving down from the Baltimore area and going with my friend from DC. Haven't decided what our carpool situation is yet though (we're not sure who we know from the area is also going... a lot of people seem to express interest and then drop out). We flew down in 09 but we're gonna drive down this year Wednesday evening and probably leave Sunday evening, park, and see if we can camp tent-only again because we really liked the vibe.

Yeah I had friends that drove down from both MD and VA. The VA friends pitched their tent in Tent Only. Seemed really convenient. Just gotta deal with the actual transfer of stuff there and you're set. Many people take some kind of cart/wagon to help with that.
I'd go without volunteering, but the ticket alone is pricey and I know all the gas/food/etc expenses will add up.
Me and a friend are leaving Tuesday from nova to meet up with others in nc and then to bfe camp. Right now arrangements are still being discussed. We don't know if we are will have a caravan or whether we will have enough room for one more because we have 3 goin right now. let u all know as it draws closer.

What's up. I've been on this message board for the last few years and will be attending my 6th straight Roo in June!
Just moved to DC. The girl and I might be looking to hitch/share a ride. Also looking for other rad people and places in the city and figured giving a shout out to the Rooers is a good start!

I'll probably be going solo from the Charlottesville, VA area so could possibly help with gas or drive. I'm looking at leaving sometime Wednesday/Wed night and coming back Sunday night/Monday morning.
Hey, I'm looking for anyone that is going from the Hampton Roads or Richmond area. If I go I'll be volunteering, but I can't go unless I can get a ride with someone. I'll help with driving and gas.
This will also be my first time at Bonnaroo, so if I do end up going, I'm excited to meet some awesome people!
