Well we at least agreed on WTT. Lol I thought "All of the lights" was the best song on the Yeezus tour. Only reason I wouldn't say "Through the wire" was is because he didn't do the full song. But those lasers with that mask were awesome during it. I got a really good video of it on instagram.
I don't have one of them fancy instagrams all the kids are using. Am I not hip??
I like it usually because it's not a bunch of people bitching like Facebook is. But you don't have one of those either. So to answer your question no you're not hip.

That All of the Lights -> Good Life transition was the coolest thing I've ever witnessed at a show, if he keeps any part of the Yeezus tour, I hope it's that. That and he still needs to open with On Sight

College Dropout: through the wire & family business Late Registration: gone & heard em say Graduation: good morning & flashing lights 808s: street lights & paranoid MBDTF: gorgeous & runaway WTT: otis & gotta have it Cruel Summer: dont like & creepers (Whaaa?) Yeezus: new slaves & hold my liquor
But i guess you can sub in cold if we're talking only kanye tracks on cruel summer.
I don't have one of them fancy instagrams all the kids are using. Am I not hip??
I used to be with it; then they changed what it was. Now everything seems weird and scary to me.
Come join the Luddite Revolution; the agenda for the meeting this coming Tuesday: What is your favorite infernal contraption of the devil to smash: automated looms or threshing machines?
1. College dropout: "Through the wire", "Jesus walks" 2. Late Registration: "Hey mama", "Heard Em Say" 3. Graduation: "Homecoming", "Good life" 4. 808's and Heartbreak: "Amazing", "Heartless" 5. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy: "All of the lights, "Runaway" 6. Watch The Throne: "Otis", "No Church in the Wild" 7. Cruel Summer: "Cold", "Mercy" 8. Yeezus: "New Slaves", "Blood on the Leaves"
My top two off every album. All of them were easy to choose for me except The college dropout and late registration. The rest I feel good about. It was hard to leave "Stronger" out of the top two for graduation also.
1. Dropout: All Falls Down, Through the Wire 2. Late Registration: Gone, Addiction 3. Graduation: Good Life, I Wonder 4. 808's: Streetlights, Robocop 5: Dark Fantasy: Runaway, Lost in the World 6: WTT: Otis, No Church in the Wild 7. Cruel Summer: Clique, Mercy 8: Yeezus: New Slaves, Hold My Liquor
Only like 3 of these songs are the correct answers.

Incorrect, at minimum six are right. I chose the best songs from Late Registration, Yeezus, and Dark Fantasy for sure, the others could be debated. What would your list look like?

And yet you don't have Diamonds or All of the Lights on your list.

That's because they are the third best songs on their respective albums
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
And yet you don't have Diamonds or All of the Lights on your list.

This is literally an insane thing to say. Those are in the top 5 songs for Kanye ever and that's not up for discussion. Go sit in the corner while the grown ups talk.
If you took a hammer to my frontal lobe for 15 minutes I would still not come up with lists with this many holes. Good Life? I mean really? It's alright to put it on when you're drunk and try to autotune yourself to T-Pain's gibberish, but for fuck's sake it is not one of the best two songs on that album. No Church In The Wild makes me question if you actually listened to all of WTT. The fact you goobers didn't have New God Flow in there for Cruel Summer is just migraine-inducing. Seeing Lost In The World on there makes me weep for the younger generation. And I seriously hope the mods ban you for putting fucking Robocop on there. Jesus fuck Christ. I leave you people alone for a little bit, and you start huffing paint and doodling in your own fecal matter.

Diamonds (Remix) isn't just the best song on Late Registration, it's probably the best song Kanye has ever created.
It isn't even the best "Diamonds from Sierra Leone" on that album!
Close your eyes and imagine, feel the magic Vegas on acid, seen through Yves St. Laurent glasses And I've realized that I've arrived, Cause it take more than a magazine to kill my Vibe. Does he write his own rhymes, well sort of, I think 'em. That mean I forgot better shit than you ever thought of. Damn, is he really that caught up? I ask if you talked about classics, do my name get brought up? I remember I couldn't afford a Ford Escort Or even a four-track recorder, So it's only right that I let the top drop on a drop-top Porsche It's for yourself, that's important. If your stripper name "Porscha" and you get tips from many men Then your fat friend, her nickname is "Minivan." Excuse me, that's just the Henny, man, I smoke, I drink, I'm supposed to stop, I can't.

You posted a verse with jokes about strippers. You think that's somehow better than the following?
Good morning, this ain't Vietnam still People lose hands, legs, arms, for real Little was known on Sierra Leone And how it connect to the diamonds we own When I spit the diamonds in this song I ain't talking about the ones that be glowing I'm talking about Roc-a-Fella, my home My chain: these ain't conflict diamonds "Is they Jacob? Don't lie to me, man" See, a part of me saying: "Keep shining" How? When I know what a blood diamond is Though it's thousands of miles away Sierra Leone connects to what we go through today Over here it's a drug trade, we die from drugs Over there they die from what we buy from drugs The diamonds, the chains, the bracelets, the charmses I thought my Jesus-piece was so harmless Til I seen a picture of a shorty armless And here's the conflict: It's in a black person soul to rock that gold Spend your whole life trying to get that ice On a Polo rugby, it looks so nice How can something so wrong make me feel so right? Right? Before I beat myself up like Ike You can still throw your Roc-a-Fella diamond tonight

I still listen to this song regularly. I still remember Jay-Z coming out during Kanye's set at Summer Jam in '05 (I think) to do his verse when he wasn't supposed to be at the fest. I thought I was going to have a heart attack.

Flow is better in the original, lyrics better in the remix.
But we both know with the exception of "I'm not a businessman, I'm a business, man!" Jay-Z's verse blows hard. The best song on the album can't have a lackluster second half.

Yes, I have eaten paint chips. But do I? Am I an addict? No. Have I tried them? Probably in one of my drunken stupors, probably approximately about a year ago.
