I understand that artists like to usually keep the same setlists for each show with small variations, but I think it would be so amazing for Kanye to move "On Sight" somewhere else in the set and open with "Late" instead. It would be cool to sort of see him address the situation from 2008 while simultaneously poking fun at the incident. Late would do this quite well

"I know its late and i took 7 years but You can stop complaining cause i'm finally here."
What they should do if just play the song he samples in Late ("I'll erase your pain") during those moments before the show. Some people would pick up on it, but it would be a funny nod to '08.

Haters gonna hate.
It's not going to happen, but I'd love Kanye to open with Late. If he mentions Bonnaroo at all, I think its much more likely to come during his Runaway rant which I'm looking forward to almost as much as any song.
Personally, I think we'll get a slightly tweaked Yeezus show and that's cool with me. That record has definitely climbed into my top 3 favorite albums of his along with Late Registration and MBDTF.

I can't wait for this show. Been a Kanye fan since College Dropout and have still yet to see him perform live. Do yall think that he'll put extra energy into this show with guest appearances and what not to win the bonnaroo crowd back again or will he do the traditional Yeezus tour set/performance? Either way, it's going to be great!

I don't think it will be the same Yeezus tour show and I'm hoping we get happy Kanye. At the Nassau Coliseum show he was having such a great time and his banter and fan interaction was fantastic. I'm not expecting guests but I can see it happening. Not sure how much more energy he'll put into it compared to other shows but I guess we'll have to see waht mood he's in.
Should be a top set though....his Yeezus tour gets so much praise from critics and musicians and even if he did just that show we'd be in for a great night. I do think he changes it up though and it's not the same format.
Back in November, Kanye West stated his intention to release a new album in 2014. Then, in March, he postponed his Australian tour in order to work on the as-yet-untitled effort. We haven’t heard much since then, but a new report from Billboard offers a few additional clues as to what direction Yeezy will take for the follow-up to Yeezus.
Citing an unnamed source, Billboard reports that Kanye’s new album will consist of 12 songs. Of the six tracks the source has heard, the sound is “mostly a mixture of soul samples and tamed ‘Yeezus’-esque darkness… nothing abrasive.” That jives what producer Evian Christ reported back in April, when he said Kanye had requested an “Otis Redding-style beat…. He wants something that sounds a bit like Otis Redding, a bit like Mobb Deep.”
There’s no word on when the album may surface, but you can probably count out a release this weekend: he’s getting married. Then again, that might be the perfect time to drop it.
Kanye is probably one of the few artists who, if it keeps up with previous releases, I could really delve into his new record in just a few weeks. Would love to hear some new shit at bonnaroo.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.

I was about to list my Holy Mountain level Kanye songs, but I had like 20.
Also, I'm finally re-listening to White Dress and love it. The way his verses speed up as the song goes is awesome and the sample is probably his best since Devil in a New Dress, IMO.

I can listen to devil in a new dress all day every day. The samples and sound in that song are amazing.
Hopefully he does spaceship. I haven't been to a Kayne concert before, will he end up playing a lot of stuff off of college dropout?
He will 100% play jesus walks and through the wire. I think he played spaceship 1 or 2 times during the yeezus tour. Its possible you get that or (fingers crossed) get em high. dont expect any others. Ill never understand why he ignores slow jamz but he does
