After a lot of debate, I'm nearly positive that Pusha will show up only for his Runaway verse, and will be the only guest. But he's definitely doing Runaway.
There is a chance you are right but I have to think that there is no way Chaka Khan does not come out for Through The Wire. She is already there for the Superjam. If she does not it would be the all time missed opportunity

I just have to think that for someone as me-centric as Kanye-still love him, but that can't be denied-I doubt he would bring someone out that only a criminally small portion of the audience would appreciate. Not to be a downer, I've accepted it. Just seems too perfect.

I'm the only person in my four person group that cares about seeing Kanye at all. It's weird. But it'll all be worth it when a legendary show happens next Friday.

Is it? I'm just saying that since we're all talking about it, and Kanye and those familiar with him have made statements about it, and we know it's going to be released this year (June, I think)...it's pretty far from a surprise. So I'm not sure what you meant by calling it a surprise album.

Ah I gotcha now. Fair point. Released without prior announcement of the release date, then. Like you said, they keep indicating June, and he's touring the whole month starting Saturday. Releasing it without announcing the date would certainly help with leaks, which he's always been obsessive about. He isn't going to the XGames to just perform Yeezus.

Yea, when the Raconteurs or Beyonce released their surprise album I don't think they were expected at all. People are anticipating a new Kanye album based on interviews and other rumors. For the other two I mentioned I remember finding out that day and it being big news since nobody knew.

I've heard that the verse is real, but the beat and the other rapper we heard isn't connected to it. The verse was meant for a feature, but I don't remember what rapper it was for.
So are people lining up for the pit as soon as the gates open? I don't mind sitting there for 10 hours or so.

People were saying it was an older work but "only shorty in preschool rocking two chains" and "if you talking bout marriage you mean multi million heiress" really indicates otherwise. And that snippet is definitely tamed yeezus with soul, and Mobb deep esque. Like Evian said it would be

150% agree. I battled it for a long time but decided I love VW and catching VW into Kanye sounds like an epic eve. Being at What by the time Monae takes stage pretty much guarentees by the time VW/Kanye hit it I can at least be in front of the sound board. I just can't miss VW! If VW wasn't playing I'd be going Ben Howard into Kanye pit line for sure.

Alright cool. Out of the few years I've gone I've never tried to get in the pit so I'm trying to be prepared. I'll probably head over there around noon after I get some lunch then.
I'm assuming the line to the left of the stage will be the better choice.
