Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
His show has to be a little different bc Roo can't produce the exact stage set up he has been using for the yeezus tour. We will know Friday morning though. If there is no runway I wouldn't expect a yeezus show at all. He will still probably play everything off yeezus but the show will be different
well won't they stream his set? If he did the Yeezus tour and they streamed it wouldn't that kinda ruin some parts of the Yeezus film he is coming out with?

I know nothing about this film but I would imagine a Yeezus film wouldn't just be straight concert footage. Probably lots of dramatic interviews, black and white pre-show footage, etc.

The X Games show is in just a few days, figure that will set expectations for Roo. I know the stage will be different, but if it's a Yeezus show this weekend, he wouldn't just flip the script one week later right?

For those who went to the Yeezus your, is On Sight really a strong opener? This show is obviously gonna be tit, but I don't see that being a great opening song.
I mean, I said the same thing about Bloom before Radiohead 2012 and that blew my mind, so whatever.

I liked it as an opener when I saw it. It's high energy for sure

It might be my least favorite song on Yeezus. But when it kicks in live and You know it means he's about to hit the stage it's pretty intense I'll admit.

I'm no Kanye expert, but he comes across as the type of performer that will view Bonnaroo separate from his tour - as far as setlist/lighting/performance goes. I've changed my mind from not seeing him to at least watching half of his show. I gotta dip out to get a good spot for Disclosure.. but a friend of mine that doesn't like Kanye whatsoever told me he watched him at Lolla one year and that although, he doesn't care for him, his show was amazing and a must see. But to agree with your statement, I can see how On Sight would make for a good opener.

I love On Sight. After listening to Yeezus however many times, I honestly think Bound 2 is my least favorite song on the album. That Charlie Wilson part is solid and Kanye has a few good lines, but it's gotten tired for me. Of course, if he closes with it, perfect moment to beat what's left of the crowd to Disclosure.

Don't get me wrong I do like On Sight it's just towards the bottom for me. Which isn't saying much because I enjoy every song on the album. Bottom 3 would probably be On Sight, Guilt Trip and Bound 2.

I can see that. I honestly think On-Sight is a little short if anything. And it took me a long while to warm up to Guilt Trip, but now I like it more, maybe just because I've played it less.
I might honestly go from worst to least...worst?: Bound 2, Guilt Trip, Black Skinhead. But like you, I pretty much love the whole cd, so my 8th favorite song on a near perfect (IMO) 10 song CD is still pretty great.
