Metallica, Iron Maiden, Kings Of Leon and Linkin Park have been announced for the 2014 editions of the annual German ‘Rock am Ring‘ (June 05th-08th) and ‘Rock im Park‘ (June 06th-09th) festivals.
I know roo is the next week, but I would say all of these are unlikely.

Its looking less and less like The Pixies will be there. While nothing on the books "officially" they are playing Field Day in the UK on the 7th/8th and Holland on the 20th. Looking like they will be in Europe during Bonnaroo.

Yes. Many bands make Bonnaroo their last stop in the US before heading to Europe for the rest of the summer. Of Monsters and Men did this last year, and RHCP and The Kooks did it the year before, just to name a few.
