He went on to bash Bonnaroo in multiple articles and blame the Roo organization when it was him who demanded his time slot be changed at the last minute and then did not show on stage for hours. Kanye is a first rate douche nugget and I hope Roo learned its lesson the first time around. I love hip hop and would much rather see Outkast play...or nearly any other rapper...just on principle alone.

Wow, this is an eye opener, now I don't want the best artist of our generation who is on a flawless and critically acclaimed tour to come to Bonnaroo because of this isolated incident. This is a travesty, quack Kanye.
I really do not enjoy being negative but "best artist", "flawless" and "critically acclaimed" are words that I would never associate with this egotistical so called performer...but to each their own...if we all liked the same music it would be a pretty boring world.

Well, the "critically acclaimed" part is straight up factual. Dumb hippie grudges don't negate rave reviews.
By the way, the average score from that site you linked? 80. Borderline C+/B-. Sounds about right, albeit a bit generous.
I don't outright hate Kanye, but the circlejerk on this board acts like he's the Pink Floyd of hip hop, instead of just a guy who's made a few good beats here and there.

Funny, the quote I read from Kanye contained an apology to everyone who was disappointed by his show and mentioned that Pearl Jam going over an hour late was the main reason his show was over an hour late. You must not have seen it or I'm sure you would have mentioned it.

Music is graded differently than a test. A score of 80 means he averages 4 out of 5 stars on every review posted, and most of his albums get 40+ reviews. That's pretty damn hard to do once, but to do it for every album means he is consistently putting out great music. The Pink Floyd of hip hop sounds about right actually

Yes, yes. We know. His show in '08 was pretty bad. Fuck Kanye and all that. It happened years ago and I think it's time for everyone to pull that stick out of their ass and move on.
His apology reads like a 13 year old tantrum when her parents won't let her go to a party. I wasn't there, so can't speak to it, but if I were AC, I wouldn't want him back simply because of the insults he hurled. Also, as angry as he seems in that ALL CAPS apology, would he even come back?

It's always a little treat when people bring up the 5+ year old Kanye @ Bonnaroo thing as if any of us Bonnaroo (and especially Bonnaroo + Kanye) obsessives could possibly be unaware of it.

We sat in a field, smoking pot and the sun came up. Remember?
Nope. Which confirms the validity of this statement.
Krissy your signature gif in the Kanye thread reminded me of the time he played my college and had a signer. It was right around Late registrations release, I didn't go but watched it on our campus closed circuit channel, it was pretty funny. We had translators for all shows. I saw Dane Cook and Dropkick Murphy's both with translators.
