But seriously... T Bone Burnett SuperJam. Lock it in
The pics were mostly just to suggest a Blues Super Jam with a few recognizable figures. I didnt think many people would get the hint of I threw up a pic of Pino Palladino or Chris Layton. lol.
My hope for several years now is they'd get Little Steven Van Zandt to curate an Underground Garage tent and lead a Superjam, but with Springsteen touring this year I'm guessing we won't get it unless we get Bruce as a headliner.
I'd also love to see Taj Mahal or Ry Cooder be given the chance to lead one. Both have dabbled in so many genres of music it would be interesting to see what they brought.

I love the idea of a little Steven superjam. I'll be seeing Bruce on Saturday, I'll see if I can get any info.
Been two years, missed every Superjam. After waking up last year and hearing about the Soul Superjam, our group made a pact to never miss one again. Can't wait to see what they come up with this year.
I mean, from what I gather about him, he has pretty decent taste in music himself, despite me not liking his own music. I'd like to see what kind of guests he can pull out for this show.

I think the Skrillex Superjam is like the Bluegrass/Hip Hop Superjam. It's the "genre" Superjam while the mystery one will be more like past superjams? I don't know. I'm nervous about the mystery one.
From what the insiders on here have said, the main superjam was supposed to be the Jack White/Special Guests, but White now doesn't have the time for it. So maybe they're not sure of who it will actually be

My dream Superjam would be a Neil Peart led Buddy Rich Tribute Big Band Superjam with the Preservation Hall guys as well as the Rebirth Brass Band and a rotating cast of drummers and singers.
Since that isn't going to happen, the Niles Rogers or Jack White things would be great.

Am I the only one who would like to go back to the days of Superjam being a complete surprise?
It has been a long time, but I miss the excitement, mystery, and anticipation surrounding a completely blind Superjam. Sure, you have to take a gamble, but Superjam almost always pays off.

Weren't they all genre last year? Soul, Hip Hop and Bluegrass?
I hope Jack White happens, but I'm not holding my breath. Besides, we have the beginnings of an amazing funk Superjam on the line-up. It would just be so perfect.
