Basically they are going to have three normal Live on the Greens and have a 3 days festival. It will still be free. The lineup will be announced on June 26th.
Spanish Gold: A new group with Patrick Hallahan (MMJ), Adrian Quesada (Grupo Fantasma) and Dante Schwebel (Hacienda).
On Memorial Day at 3pm, they are going to have a free show in the parking lot at Grimey's for their record release party.
Fwiw, Dante also plays guitar in City and Colour if you like them. I know sometimes it's fun to track band connections and this one fell in my lap. Dante is a neighbor of mine and after we met I pieced this together. Here's some other stuff from him.

Soooo this isn't music, but Eddie Izzard will be at the Ryman on Saturday. I have two tickets (seats aren't together unfortunately) that I'm trying to get rid of. Message me if you're interested.

Bought tickets to see Sam Smith at the Ryman in October. Figured I'd want to check him out again after the 'Roo. I feel like the guy is on the precipice of blowing up.

Bought two tix for the now sold out Failure show at Exit/In. Friend has backed out. If anybody's interested I'm just hoping to recoup face. Thought I'd post here before I throw it up on FB. It's this coming sunday...6/8.

Sweet! We'll see you there! I'm not kidding about going early, either. That place gets PACKED. It was amazing last year. We walked in and the entrance had this fog curtain so you couldn't see what was going on inside. You walked through it and BAM two blondes handing you a beer. So awesome.
Sucks its a sunday night show....but I'll suffer monday for Failure.
