Was 3 or 4 from the rail. The crowd was small I guess but it was fucking rockin where I was. My god I am fucking wiped. I guess I need to process it but that might have been the most fun I've had at a concert.
And I saw rj get into a rock paper scissors war over a drumstick

They were completely awesome. I think it was the same set as counterpoint. Ill always think andres solo section is the low point of the show but even then I was groovin tonight.
Its so hard to even take in how fucking awesome this was. Like a stretch of atliens, barb, roses, aquemini, da art, spottie, ms jackson just happens and you think you're finally gonna get time to rest your vocal chords and all the sudden big boi drops kryptonite and the crowd just keeps goin nuts.
I could barely even hear bob because of how nuts the crowd was going. Intl players anthem was a lovely touch. Plus a four song southernplay stretch that leads into elevators.... ahhh man I swear andre was lookin straight at me during that epic ending verse of elevators as I was screaming every word with him. Regardless. Crazy fucking night

Hahaha I felt like he was looking at me during gasoline dreams because of how crazy I was going Seeing the show from the front row was fucking awesome. Perfect setlist, great crowd, you could tell they were really feeding off our energy. What a great night

Had a pretty awesome time for the first day. Outkast was freakin awesome, did not disappoint in any way. Great setlist, crowd was going nuts for most of it, Andre looked like he was into it this time, and it's so nice to go to a rap show where there isn't a backup vocal track! You could tell it was all them. Was also able to get about six people away from the rail, which was amazing considering I got there 15 minutes beforehand. I can imagine I'd be pissed if I didn't know about the wristband thing, but it helped me! Cake was good, but was bummed I had to leave before they played any songs I actually knew. Sleigh Bells was awesome. I don't really care for their studio stuff, but they have an extremely high energy show that helped me enjoy their stuff a lot more. Jake Miller wasn't really my thing, but he sounded good for his genre. The Unlikely Candidates were enjoyable too, even if their crowd was dead (thanks to Twenty-one Pilots), although I won't bother to watch em at Roo again. Speaking of 21P, this was my fifth time watching them and was definitely not as good as their normal shows are. It could be because I'm used to their show, but they've been touring this album for a loooong time and I think they're showing a bit of fatigue finally. Oh, and the two songs I saw from Smallpools were pretty good.
Can't wait for tomorrow though. VW is my most-anticipated act of the fest, so you better believe I'm going for a wristband!

Got my wristband this time! I sent the design to my gf and she made her own that looked pretty close to the actual wristband, no one gave it a second glance!
I was ON THE RAIL for Outkast, arguably my greatest life achievement thus far!! Hands down, the best rap show I've ever been to, though that is biased because Outkast is one of my favorite rap groups ever. I took it easy today because all the walking/standing Friday killed me because of my injuries. So I spent the day in my wheel chair. Also, I'd just like to say that if you see a young man (late teens/early twenties) with what looks like a white tube sock on his right hand in a wheel chair, I can assuredly say that you are looking at yours truly, so please don't be why, my name is Forrest and I'd love to talk about whatever you have in mind (even if it's my injuries. REALLY... I understand, it's a lot to take in and I'd rather talk about it than be stared at because I WILL notice you staring at my leg because everyone does it. Btw, the pretty girl with big, green eyes and blonde hair pushing said wheel chair is my girlfriend Sarah. I will say that sometimes I'm pushing the chair with her to stretch/ get a workout. But please, come say hey to us! The shows that I'll definitely be at are Ms Mr, Earl Sweatshirt (rail), Chance the Rapper (rail), Violent Femmes, ZZ Ward, and Foster the People. I will also try to be at Grouplove/Walk the Moon, see y'all there!

Danced on stage with Girltalk today. About 8 feet back and directly on Ezra's microphone stand for VW and about 10 feet back on the left hand side for Outkast. Great little festival overall, weather wasn't great but it definitely helped reduce the crowds. Really didn't see a bad set all weekend either.
