I've been lukeworm on Punk since his return (the pop in Chicago was exciting, but to call his promos lacking would be generous). But this Rollins feud is going to be incredible, hoping they headline N1 in Philadelphia as seems to be the plan right now.

Not that I know of but I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some sort of game show/dating show that does that I don’t know about. Does this mean the network moves from peacock to Netflix? Really I just want to be able to watch raw commercial free so if this gets me that I’m all on board

Was at RAW last Monday night. The electricity for the Cody/Punk staredown was legit. Crowd didn’t wanna boo either guy and by the end they had us ready to see them fight. The “I’m more of the American Dream than you are”/“That makes me more CM Punk than you”? That’s fucking cinema. I can’t wait for Saturday. I haven’t been this excited for a Rumble in years.
Legitimately upset over this Rock/Cody thing. Get the fuck outta here Dwayne. Cody/Roman II is the main event we need. 2 year build thrown down the drain for a cheap pop. First back to back Rumble winner in 26 years cucked to a magnitude I’ve never seen.
I get Punk is injured and Brock is off the table, but Drew is ready for his turn against Seth after not getting his live moment at WM36. Just bafflingly bad booking all around. Fuck the Rock. This is why they have no new stars.

It wont be commercial free. Theyll still stick ads in there similar to how it has bene with Raw where its split screen.

Pisses me off too bc I doubt Rock vs Roman isn't a last min choice that happened after Royal Rumble.
If that was the direction they wanted to go. Why not have either Punk x Priest x Dom or even R Truth win the RR and have them go for Seth. That would have been sick.
Atp I much rather have Cody take away Logan Paul's belt then Seth and have someone else take Seth's at WM

Side note. I really really wanna see Lil Uzi and Nakamura tag team at WWE. I'd would literally loose my mind and it's definitely possible since Uzi has been teasing a appearance.
I’m in the minority for sure, but Cody is My Chemical Romance and The Rock is Rage Against the Machine and I’m okay with it. Happy that Rollins gets a big opponent since Punk is out. But yeah, I think this match is more fitting for the 40th anniversary and I’m more excited about it. It’s just a more interesting matchup to me. I don’t mind waiting for him to finish the story next year or at Summerslam in a unification match. Pretty shocked by the reaction though.

Can't tell what was the original plan vs what was a pivot based on reaction, and have no idea where they'll be going with this. Love that they're playing into The Rock's corporate position. This will be a fun two months until Wrestlemania.

Unnecessary and irresponsible, especially in a company as big as AEW. Watching the fan recorded videos you can hear the crowd pop as he jumps and then immediately go awkwardly silent when they all think he died.

I’ve fully prepared myself to watch Darby get paralyzed and that’s fucked up. My least favorite bump from the night was the brain buster osprey took on the turnbuckle though. Overall great ppv and incredible send off for sting. The bucks doing Shawn’s “I love you I’m sorry” and changing it to “we’re not sorry we hate you” was perfect
