Another bit of (non)evidence for Janelle Monae: the picture depicts a clear blue sky, like weather in May...Cindi Mayweather, anyone?
Though, in direct contradiction of this, the first line of the song "Metropolis" is "view a sky without any blue" so...yea.
Personally, I don't think it means anything, but I've seen much further stretches on this board when it comes to Roo clues so I figured I'd mention it.
My first thought was that the figure on the building looked a lot like Michael Jackson on the HIStory album cover:
But then I thought "How am I going to link Michael Jackson to Philly?" Easy. His daughter, Paris Jackson, received interest from the Eagles to be a cheerleader for them when she turns 18.
So then I find out that Paris Jackson will be joining an all-star cast in an upcoming movie, which (based on its plot summary) sounds perfect for Bonnaroo.
Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys in the Cinema Tent.
"Ancient sea-magic turns a dolphin into a human, an evil spell changes a teenage boy into a dragonfly and a once good and loving jellyfish queen becomes an evil fairy godmother. This story, filled with adventure after adventure uses family love and the magic of belief as weapons to fight a war between the land and the sea."
Has anyone guessed Peter Bjorn and John yet? If that is the Svedka Robot, that would make sense because they are Swedish. The cover of their most popular album is a skyline; it looks very similar to the buildings in the picture.
The building in the back has an empty square in it. An empty void. The lady on the building cannot see the void behind her because she is stuck on the other side of the building.

I am the only one who is seeing Rocky as the figure in the building?
If so, Rocky is known as an underDOG story from Philly. His picture is on the Independent Blue Cross building. IBC is a health insurance company that provides DOCTOR care. Therefore philly band DR. DOG (?)
It's a woman and she has her hair pulled back. She's wearing some sort of white (or light-colored) bustier kind of top or a one-piece bathing suit. She might have some arm bands or something on her arm.
Despite my certain tone, I have no idea if any of the above is correct.
I've used photoshop to examine the image a little better and I am certain that is NOT the Svedka robot. Also, I googled long and hard, and could not find a single image of the Svedka robot in that pose. Nothing even remotely close. Let's not forget, that's how they would obtain the image (as they did the main Philly pic).

Am I the only one that read this in a Ron Swanson voice?
I'm guessing it's Janelle Monae, but since someone threw out Joan Jett with no real evidence, I figured I'd try to connect her. She was born in Wynnewood, PA, a suburb of Philly, so that gives her the Philly connection. As for the statue, it's either black and white or very dull colored. Jett's new album is titled "Unvarnished."
If so she represents Industry (along with other statues atop the same building that represent agriculture, commerce and mining). Also, that building is not pictured in the clue if it makes a difference.

If it is PB&J I'm going to get the satisfaction of guessing them back on 1/28 haha

That was totally not the reason but you got it right
