James Blake vs Nick Cave would suck haha. James Blake is my number one act I want to see this year.
Disclosure vs Skrillex and friends would suck, but I'll just see Skrillex that Friday if there's no conflict.
I think Phoenix will play against Lionel, I'll never see a scenario where VW plays against Phoenix, they hVe similar fans, and Phoenix on which? Phoenix headlined Lolla,Coachella, and many other fests. VW hasn't yet. I think VW on Friday. Phoenix on sat. And Arctic on which sadly on Sunday.
Since Lolla is pinning Eminem vs Arctic Monkeys, I have no choice but to see Arctic at Roo and skip Avett Brothers. Luckily, Avett brothers are playing Lolla, or this would've been the 3rd year I haven't got to see them.
Classixx just posted on their site that they are playing June 14th, I don't think they get a LN, so an evening set seems likely, and that's not good haha. Classixx vs Damon Albarn vs Nick Cave? Shoot me in the dong multiple times.
Still hoping for a scenario where James Blake plays thurs, a man can dream right?
Lastly, Janelle Monae vs Chrvches vs VW could happen, and my soul would be crushed. I would choose Janelle Monae just because I've seen VW three times, and Chrvches playing Lolla gives me a little breathing room, and Janelle is high on my must sees this year.

No way would Classixx play at the same time as Nick Cave and Damon Albarn. They will be during the day. You are good.
I'm quite sure someone is missing, which means someone is duplicated but hey ho.
I like this one a lot honestly. Only thing I would change is capital cities playing Thursday since they did last year and their popularity has grown. Other than that it looks good.

Yeah, I'm thinking Saturday electro and hip hop tent is going to happen and Classixx has the billing to open it up.
I can't handle the Saturday late nights on the last few mocks.
Frank Ocean at midnight always versus epic dance parties! In disco's, Cut Copy vs. disclosure vs. darkside! Frank Ocean vs. James Blake!
I have a feeling that Bonnaroo's schedule this year will work out almost perfectly, minus one epic clusterfuck time slot probably late night.
Hope you're right. I remember some of the mocks being brutal last year (one had Passion Pit vs Local Natives vs Of Monsters and Men vs the XX?!) and got my expectations low. I was very happy with the final schedule barring a few conflicts.
by far my favorite mock, only one conflict which is Phoenix and Wiz, but other than that i'm so down with this
This would be a perfect schedule for me...damn. Good Job.
Apparently I'm in the vocal minority here, but this mock is brutal for me. I would need to be in two places at once all day Thursday. Then Friday there are four of my top ten playing at the same time right before Kanye. Because of this Saturday would be a really light day for me. Really hoping for a more balanced schedule in tuned with my musical tastes.

The tents before Kanye have been brutal for me in every single mock but at this point I've accepted the inevitable that I'm going to miss a lot of good ones in that slot.

Omar Souleyman vs. ASAP Ferg would kill me, but I'm probably an outlier. Skrillex vs. Die Antwoord is some shit too. Cake vs. Seasick Steve, Frank Ocean vs. Pusha T, and Tedeschi Trucks Band vs. Bluegrass situation seem unlikely. Time will tell.

It's always so interesting how different some placements are...like Disco2000 has Classixx opening This on Thurs while Tyler Durden has them in an evening slot Friday. Like Disco2000 has Naked & Famous on Which early evening while Tyler Durden has them...not playing. Regardless, can't wait to see how it plays out and where the gut-wrenching decisions will have to be made.

This is my favorite mock so far, considering personal conflicts. The only ones I have are Lauryn Hill/Fitz and the Tantrums, Dr. Dog/John Butler Trio, James Blake/Flaming Lips (if they are indeed doing Sgt. Peppers). That last one's the only one that would be a heartbreaking decision for me. Cut Copy/Umph would be a tough decision, only because I've decided that they're both shows I want to see in their entirety. The rest of the likely LNs for this year in general are shows that I don't mind wandering between, except for Janelle Monae, but I've already seen her so a conflict wouldn't be toooo bad.

Janelle Monae playing that late seems unlikely, it's not really late night music. It's a good kick starter before we get to the headlining stages of the night. 6:30-9:00 would be perfect. I think since they are doing a world music that Friday, Die Antwoord closing out would be perfect. Danny brown after all that world music seems odd, but I do think he would be late night at some point. Not really too many conflicts though.
My god these mocks are killing me with the Dr Dog conflicts... I really hope the schedule doesn't have Dr Dog vs Damon Albarn conflicting... Both of these are a big chunk of the reason im going to roo!!!
Music Midtown: 2011 Bonnaroo: 2012 - 2016 Forecastle: 2013 Rock al Parque: 2014 420 Fest: 2014-2018 Shaky Knees: 2015 - 2019, 2021 Seen tons of local shows since 2004.

I actually took your words to heart from my last mock and moved Cake out of the Dr. Dog/Damon Albarn conundrum.
Rearranging my first mock to meet the new schedule was almost more difficult than creating a mock in the first place. Still, I tried to throw a few different late nights in, particularly Broken Bells who I think could fit the mold fairly well.
Thanks everyone for the feedback! I'm going to fix The Naked and Famous and wait for a few more schedule confirmations before I take another stab at it.
Is it just me or do we already have way more acts than the number that played the 5 main stages last year? I had to schedule 6 for most tents and I don't think that happened once last year.

Oh wow thanks, I didn't realize that. I'm not necessarily criticizing your mock, I think its awesome you are doing it! I'm just slowly dying inside seeing that I might have another St Vincent vs Rodrigo Gabriela problem I had in 2012!! Just the worst, one of my fav artists growing up and one of my fav artists now!
Edit: Same thing last year with Jim James vs Wilco vs Grizzly Bear...

Oh no, you're fine. There's a lot of stuff on the line-up that I'm still not very familiar with (i.e. Dr. Dog). So, I try to put bands that are stylistically different on at the same time, but I don't always succeed.
And don't get me started with the actual Friday pre-headliner conflicts last year. Very sad to pick one. Supposedly the Bonnaroo higher-ups read these boards occasionally. I'd like to think they visit this thread and take a few notes on what people are most upset about. It could go a long way towards saving certain conflicts.

Well if u like psychedelic americana rock with some beach boys style harmonies, Id listen to them! I hope the roo higher ups read that I'mma be pissed if they make Cake vs Damon vs Dr Dog conflict!
